The worst Starbucks literally in Reno/sparks never have I ever had a right order just so over the cast of the high school musical they call service there durning after school hours. Just a complete disappointment every time gave them they more than a handful of times to change my mind and this is literally the first review I have ever done on anything should tell you the service you get there! Thank you for your time ! Great place and staff for a cup of coffee, pastry or breakfast sandwich! A few more leather chairs in the lobby would not hurt the ambiance.
Cesar is the best barista!! I wish all baristas have the same attitude and customer service!! Also Gabrielle is an amazing gal! Omg we love this Starbucks !!!!!
The employee that helped me was excellent I'm not to familiar with all the new styles of drinks that come out. Very patient very helpful and my coffee was excellent
Very awkward interaction, didn't foam my latte right and was not wearing mask or apron right. All I can say, the food was the usual, just very dull and awkward customer service ??♀️

Amazing customer service in drive thru. I’ve been going here for a year now almost everyday with my boys and they love it. They get excited because the staff is amazing. They remember my order and my boys order. They are the sweetest people I’ve ever experienced in customer service especially in a busy drive thru.
It makes me sad when I make it clear that I don't want to pay for your ice and it's still forced upon me. Y'all are creating some trust issues. What's next, ice cold food when I ask for it be warmed. Jk, but seriously come on.
This location is closest to home and we often stop there taking kids to school, very rarely is the order correct or on time. I wasn’t sure if this is just a training location. It’s very disappointing.
Ordered two iced coffees, took 30 mins! Daniel was very rude when I asked him about my order after waiting 20 mins. He didn’t even attempt to make things right or seem to care one bit! And on top of all this, the coffee was horrible! STAY AWAY from this Starbucks! Slow and disrespectful!
