Consistently slow. Have been here a few times in recent months and always take 25-40 minutes to receive my order even when there’s only 3-4 others here. I would understand if it was slammed busy but this has happened multiple times while not being busy. If I could give .5 stars I would

My experience at this location is consistently poor. Tonight takes the cake. I checked the hours before I left my home and saw that they are open until 11pm today. I get there at 9pm and sit forever at the drive through menu/ order point for 5 minutes with no luck. I drive up to the window and get shooed away by one of the employees. What a joke.

Sonic on Gallery sucks. 6 times they have gotten our orders wrong. This time three different people were not listening to what I was asking for. Third person I did raise my voice to for having to repeat my order. I did say I was sorry for yelling, but I did not need a speech about yelling because of their bad customer service. I spent a lot of money at Sonic but this store will not be getting anymore of my money. They need to learn from the employees at the Sonic on McCarran. They take care of their customers and my order have always always been correct.

Closed on a Saturday at 4PM. I am sure there is a valid reason and normally I wouldn't care but how is it at all cute or acceptable that to show they were closed, employee's sat on a rocking horse in the middle of the drive thru ushering people away? There is a right and a wrong way to inform your customers of issues, this is not it.

i understand that this place gets busy and it gets frustrating to deal with customers when its busy but its just as frustrating as a customer to pay for a drink and then it’s nearly entirely filled with ice. and while its not serious once or twice, its been a repeat incident at this location, and my orders not being repeated. please do better

Waited 8min in my stall before they acknowledged the red button was hit. Got my food fast. No napkins, even tho they no eating in your car. Just bad here.

I understand people have bad days but when you go in after dinner for ice cream and you buy 4 large milkshakes and it cost you 38.00 for 4 of them you want them to be full. Am I Right? So I asked them to fill them up to the top of the lid with whip cream. The manager Micheal send the nice girl back and says if I want that to happen I need to pay .89 cent MORE for each one. HEY I payed the money but to me it's the point I already paid 38.00 for 4 of them and they were not full. Am I being a Karen? I GAVE THEM A 2 ONLY BECAUSE THE SWEET GIRL AT THE WINDOW. Me and my family won't be back.

I'm not going to this location again. My kid and I had ice cream blast and the both of us got food poisoning. Luckily his isn't as bad as mine. But I'm definitely not coming here again.

One of the only fast foods that gets your order correct! Love coming her. Fast and efficient workers, food quality does not seem like fast food, bread is delic and you can't come here without grabbing a smoothie/shake!!
