I love coming here, when I'm in town. Kinda upset they didn't have the chicken wings I love so much. But I got a stash instead, euchre was good, my husband has a bacon burger which he said was good.
Poorly managed Sizzler. Manager attempted to explain badly burnt steak with little to no seasoning or flavor. Terrible steak experience.
This isn’t regards to customer service (great service as always), but wanted to point out the chicken wings has more burnt layer and also much smaller than normal. That is 7 chicken wings all together. It was like pealing the skin off shrimp. I’m sure something changed, this alternative needs to change. Come on Sizzler you can do better. Thanks for lunch today???
I ordered the ribeye steak med rare. What I got was well done. They said I got someone else's steak and brought me another one and was still well done. Then brought me a 3rd one and was medium. I finally eat that one but it took them so long to almost get it right the 3 other people in my party were done eating and wasn't worth the $36 for the steak
Terrible food! GREAT customer service though. I ordered Malibu chicken and it was a chicken patty with ham and cheese slapped on it. The fries were old and icky. I have to say that the manager was awesome and brought me fresh fries to my car.
Great place with good menu choices
Pleasantly surprised. The bun tasted fresh and the cheeseburger patty had minimal grease. The sweet potato fries were done waffle style and delicious. The blueberry mint lemonade was refreshing. The employees were very sweet and gracious. Order/seat yourself.
This place sure has gone down hill since reopening after covid. Some items at the salad bar didnt come back. (The red kidney beans, the bacon bits and the chopped ham). We came in on Monday February 21st,There were about four other people in the restaurant eating,With one waitress (Ana). She was an awful waitress. She gave us our drinks and silverware when we sat down, and never came back to check on us. We had to go to the counter to ask for more drinks, and had plates stacked up so high on the table that she never came and got. I understand being understaffed and all, but there were a total of 5 tables with customers. One waitress should be able to handle that. I think I am done with sizzler for a while. I paid all that money for a salad bar without the foods I came to enjoy there, and had to eat with dirty dishes on my table, and had to chase the waitress down to get something to drink. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because my daughter loved the brownies. Maybe I'll get it 6 months and see if it's any better. But not a big fan of this establishment right now.
What can I say. Sizzler doesn't change much from town to town. Same old stuff. However, I did find that the salad hasn't changed and that was a relief. That is the one thing Sizzler does really well.
Sizzler is always good, now they have the salad bar open which is great because they have soups, chili, tacos and chicken wings if you don't want to get a steak you get salad bar only.
