Very slow service, fries are absolutely drenched in salt. Messed up both the hamburger and shake which all I did was ask for no pickles or onions and woah, low and behold there’s extra of both.Gave a tip after paying $18.53 for a hamburger, not more than half a potato of fries, a lb of salt and a small shake. On top of the 40 minute wait to receive this garbage, I would say I am impressed for how bad of a decision I made in choosing this place.

Old school vibe to the place and you have to adore it. A pretty worthwhile experience. The huckleberry shakes are one of the most delicious things on the whole planet. It'll blow you away

Great food! Very welcoming and attentive staff. Looks like an old car hop drive in! Love the nostalgia. Absolutely fantastic shakes! Yummy!

Everything at Scooper's is very good with one exception: The fries are the short, shoe-string variety (I'm talking significantly skinnier than fast food fries) that can't even contain their own heat during the four-minute drive home. So, I end up with cold fries dipped in lukewarm ranch. But, maybe those are the kind of fries other people are into. I'm sure they're better when eaten immediately. In any case, that's my only knock on Scooper's. Friendly staff and great food with lots of customization options. Fries are a critical part of my burger experience, though, so I'm holding onto one of these stars.Do yourself a favor and call your order in ahead of time. Then, you can simply go around to the pickup window on the side when you arrive, pay, and get back to your car. The line at Scooper's can get looooong.

I went here earlier today with my dad and little sister. The shakes were incredible! and the fries were fresh and delicious! Plus the staff was friendly and the vibe was retro and awesome! If you're ever stopping by the Sparks/Reno area, I totally recommend a visit! 10/10 stars!!

I was really looking forward to eating here. I heard that there burgers were highly rated . I had the pastrami burger. It tasted over seasoned and I wasn't a fan. I order large fries which seemed more like a medium size and the lacked flavor and were cold. When I cashier came to my car to drop off the order luckily I looked in the bag for completeness. He forgot my shake and went back to get it.The strawberry shake was the best . For a $17 , I expected better.

Great local spot that does classic burger fare incredibly well. You can't go wrong on any menu item, with the exception of their French fries, which could be better. The shakes, hot dogs, and burgers are great though!

Food was opposite of what I ordered, then when I cut a burrito in half all this clear liquid ran everywhere, never seen anything like that, actually had to wait and see if that is what is was, grease, the burger was kid size and dry. Like why bother? If you get stuff like this often I don't have to exert much to lose some weight,I can't afford to eat grease,it may taste great but my heart needs to keep beating. Once a year here, maybe.

Food tasted like nothing, probably due to the horrible experience from an employee here. I got out of my car and had my hand on the door because I knew it would bump. The employee exited her red Nissan rogue and told me to watch my door and not bump her car this time, even though I was causious the first time. First off the employee shouldn't be parking up front where customers order and wait, there's already barely any spots. Park away from customers and your problem is solved and you don't have to ruin a customers experience. Won't be back anytime soon.

I went today to get my girls a shake that they’ve been waiting for and the girl at the window was extremely rude because I wouldn’t wear mask. I was OUTSIDE. So sad to see a local business acting like this. So I took my business down the road.
