This place has went so down hill. The past couple times I’ve had it, I’ve been disappointed. The staff all seems very disinterested, the food is superrrrr average. Not worth the money.
Went a couple weeks ago and the queso tasted like soap. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Through away both my daughters and I meals
This restaurant doesn't like doing curbside pickup orders. They take the busineess phone off the hook so that you're unable to call in and pick up your order. Unfortunately this has happened three different times. Maybe management can do something.
Food is good. It’s nice being able to pick everything you want and you see it prepared right in front of you. Their spicy queso is really good and I recommend it in your burrito, bowl or with chips. They also give a military discount which is nice when companies support. I would go there again.
The quality of employees across the fast food service industry has declined over the last two years, however the customer service here was okay. Yet the portion sizes and the quality and taste of the food at Qdoba has declined.
Food was amazing. Great price. The younger staff need to b a little more polite n not get upset when asked to repeat. I can only hear out of 1 ear. premises very clean,bathroom clean.i will go back because food was good and building clean..all in all a good experience
Foods usually pretty fresh there, just be prepared for some unfriendly workers. I asked for a little more rice in my meal, and was met with the cashier rolling her eyes at me, giving me attitude and then fake coughing not into her arm like one should do after spending 2 years in a pandemic. People in the kitchen were the only ones to smile and wave, and they don't even deal with the customers.
The ladies that we interacted with were rude and they treated us like we were stupid. Looked and talked to us like we were stupid. They wouldn't allow us to alter/customize our own food we are paying for. Very dissatisfied.
I have to go in literally everytime after a mobile order because they forget something. Love wasting 20 minutes standing in line if I wanna consider eating here. How do you forget the chicken in a bowl with rice chicken and beans??? Not to mention the redhead lady at the front giving me attitude about asking them to fix it, it’s not like I wanted to come in wait in this line again.
The food was pretty good, but we had a bad experience with service when we were there. Different staff on a different day may have made a better experience but that was not the case. Get a to go order and enjoy it in a better environment ?
