I think this should be a 1 start review but didn't stay long for further conversation with manager. I ordered a sandwich and looked over to the chips. I said "don't see any BBQ Baked Lays chips" The manager said I do the ordering and there was never any ordered. I replied sever months ago I was in the store and had Baked Lays. He again more flat tone said I do the ordering and we don't have them. I replied it sounds like you are getting defensive. He replied I was accusing him of lying. I said no you just said you hadn't ordered any and I was saying I had them before here in the store. He again said I was calling him a liar in a very negative tone. I replied I think I will eat lunch somewhere else and walked out.
The man who helped us was friendly and helpful! Our sandwiches turned out perfect! We will definitely be going back!
I love how fast this location is. Port of Subs is always fresh, always delicious. Beats out Subway every single time without question.

I love Port of Subs but what ever you do, Don’t go to this location. I honestly never write reviews but I’m so tired of getting ripped off from these people here.Last time a went, I bought a brownie that felt very light in my bag and the employee made sure she put it in there for me. When I got home, I realized that it was a dry piece chocolate cake that was baked and wrapped to look like a brownie.Today, I think ‘I just won’t order a brownie and it will be fine’. Wrong again. I order a side of macaroni salad and again it feels really light. I open it and they put maybe a scoop in the cup and it was about 1/3 full (about four bites worth). On top of that, there was this hard and rubbery outer skin from the salami that tried to use as a slice in my sandwich that I nearly choked on. In this case, I think it was worse because they were taking advantage of the fact that I ordered through Uber eats and was not there to watch what they were doing.
Best sandwich in quality and price. Always an A+!
5 stars for the lonesome employee. 0 stars for the owners of this establishment for not providing help. Poor young woman looked stressed out. I hope you are paying her a management wage! She deserves it!

My wife ordered a $45 sub assortment tray and asked for the veggies to be put on the side from the PortaSubs Store on Prater in Sparks, Nv. They responded that if they did that they would have to charge an extra $16 because then it becomes a relish tray. I will never order from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.As of today I have not been contacted by anyone don't imagine that I will tried to call the store 14 times to be courteous enough to cancel the order they could not be bothered to answer the phone.
Food was fresh, made to order. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Food was delicious. Store was well kept and clean. 10/10 will eat here again
