This has become our stopping point on our vacation. Their sandwiches are fresh and filling. I like their different sizes: 6" 8" 12" and larger. I know I should only get the 8" but I always get the 12" and and so stuffed afterwards. Their pickles are so good. I even emailed their corporate office to see if they might be available in a local store near me (the closest Port of Subs is over 3 hours away, and we have a road trip planned around eating at this location -- review to follow). Corporate said they are only sold to Port Of Subs, but they said the local store would pack extra ones for us. I am looking forward to trying the one closet to me in two weeks. I hope it is as goods at the one at 500 NV-439 #103, Sparks, NV 89434.
Employees were super nice but the sandwich was terrible. YOU CAN NOT EAT IT !!! It’s super sloppy and everything falls of the bread. Taste just ok. Couldn’t take more than a few bites. Never again.
Sandwiches were sloppy and missing ingredients. Salad was missing the tomato and onion. Whole slices of sandwich meat on a salad, not chopped at all. A insane amount of black olives that I didn’t want at all. Added a practical joke amount of ranch dressing. Seriously got everything wrong. Maybe try one less dab and turning the heavy metal down.
Poor customer service. The guy that made my sandwich was not in a good mood at all. My sandwich was sloppy as hell, the bread was so stale it was hard to eat. The spinach tasted like it was just about to go bad. I asked for honey mustard and mayo, he over did it with both and barely put some on one side of the sandwich and the other end had a big blob. It looked like the McDonald's McChicken, the mayo is just a big nasty blob in the middle. I was working and I didn't have food all day, I deliver all over town, so I thought this would be a good meal. I didn't even want to finish it. If you don't like your job get a different one, there are so many places hiring. I've never been to a port of subs with such poor quality in service and the food.

If you are in town, treat yourself to a sandwich that will make you say, "Subway? Never heard of them... is that a band or something?" (Just saying they're THAT much better than any other chain out there). The food is delicious, and worth every penny. I'm 285 pounds and have a big appetite. The 8" All American filled me up. They have 6, 8, 12, 24"... and they cater. You wont go wrong with anything you get here.
Horrible customer service, the guy taking my order seem miserable working there, and the lady thru my sandwich on the table the bread fell apart and tossed my ingredients on with an attitude, almost tossing my sandwich at me if i wasn’t quick to react it would have fell on the floor! Talk about customer service. If you hate your job so much or don’t like serving customers find another job.
