I wouldn’t even give a one star, if that was an option. My order was messed up, so I tried to call multiple times and no one answered. I emailed Popeyes and they sent my complaint to the store manager to contact me. After waiting and waiting, I got back in touch with Popeyes and once again I was told a manager would be in touch. Still NOTHING. I did this 3 times. Finally at 9:30pm weeks later, someone reached out to me to tell me they supposedly had been contacting me and asked why I kept opening up this complaint after he kept closing it out. I told him I was never contacted and he was so rude the whole time. My order was NEVER fixed and I will not be going there again.
Went to the drive-thru and ordered the special ads 5 pieces for 6.99 I've seen on TV. They said they don't honor them anymore. I asked why. They said it stopped. I asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager that I just watched the ad before I went to the store. He said the special was over. Then why are they still showing the ad on TV.Manager just said that it is over and he can't do anything. Proceeded to tell me to order something or go because there were cars behind me rolling his eyes.Very unprofessional. Taking my business somewhere.
Ordered a couple Spicy Chkn sands & drinks for delivery. Order arrives on porch, NO drinks, ordered & paid for, stated on receipt. Sands had no pickle & looked very sloppy. Called store immediately, "you forgot our drinks." They told me, "oh, they're sitting right here, come pick them up." Excuse me?! If that was an option, I wouldn't have had it delivered!
Order a 4 piece tender combo and was given 4 pieces of mixed chicken (breasts and wings). When I went back and explained they gave me the wrong combo the girl was very rude and argued with me and said they gave me the correct food. When I asked for my receipt again (I asked when I originally paid and didn’t get it) they repeatedly said no and that they couldn’t do anything for me. Awful service and a waste of food
I went through the drive through at 8:30 pm and ordered BLACKENED tenders, I was told they were out of the seasoning. I asked for them without the seasoning and was told it’s “unsanitary” I was the GM of the Popeyes in Mesa Arizona AND have my serve safe. I was completely lied to.
Usually a great place to grab fast but good food. Today I don't know what happened, customer service was lacking and no enthusiasm from the drive thru employee. My food looks like it was thrown in the bag the fry bag at the bottom of the food bag under the fries that were dumped in.
Went to the drive thru today and ordered a large mashed potato and gravy. Couldn't find the combo I wanted so I asked for the 3 piece tenders and a apple pie. When I got to the window to pay, I asked why they didn't ask me what side I wanted with the combo and he said hold on. He got the manager who told me they don't add on orders after you've gotten to the window. We drove off and enjoyed El Pollo Loco. Don't waste your time here. Terrible service.

I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and the kid said, what do you want to order?...sounded annoyed he even had to take the order. Forgot one of the meals and was bothered even more that I corrected him. Handed me one of the 3large drinks I ordered and was perturbed I asked for him to put them in a drink tray. I paid $31.95 for 3 combos and the food was cold. And you want the world to be kind spending that kind of money for that kind of food. Get your poo together. That sign is an excuse. Yes, everyone is short handed this does not mean the customer should accept bad service on over priced cold food.
Tasty chicken and good sides. But sadly they have found the smallest chickens. The colonel definitely gives you more cluck for your buck.
Their chicken is overcooked, too crunchy on the outside, dry inside. We drive all the way to CA to get crunchy, juicy fried chicken.
