Raucha that works on the vista pizza plus in sparks nev is amazing she is so helpful and so kind shes is what brings us back each time had a problem with one order and she did everything to make it right in these times is so nice to get excellent customer service.
The pizza and French fries were okay but the wings were dry and hardly any flavor. I threw them out.
Great people and good food. Catered dinner for a Birthday and was hot and fresh when I picked it up. Yes, there is a reason for the plus, wings veggies, fried mushrooms and more. I will be using them again for multiple events
First time here. Super clean. Staff wearing masks. Manager very helpful and courteous in order assist. SO.MUCH.FOOD. The pizzas could not have been more perfect. Taste and quality were very good. Pizzas, wings, and more. Salad bar in full operation too.The inside reminded me of a pizza factory or chuck e cheese with the bright red decor.
Absolutely fantastic very friendly, great customer service. One of the Employee Samuel had the most amazing attitude love that I will for sure be back soon !
Pros: The food was ok but, the service and employees were fantastic!Cons:. The dining area was so cold that my hands, nose and ears were cold. I mentioned it to an employee and was told that is because the kitchen gets too hot. All the customers including the counter staff were wearing jackets. My husband and I boxed up our food and left.
Last ordered 10/26/21 for pick up. We wanted it delivered, but they told us that delivery was not an option. When I pulled up to pick up our order there was a driver returning. Why would you tell your customers that delivery was not an option at 7pm? We always order combination #3 online, but noticed there was a $20 difference with our ticket this time. We have been ordering this special for years and our Hawaiian pizza was thin and the dough was undercooked. Super disappointed with this experience and paid more for it. It may be awhile before I get this bad taste out of my mouth.
We have been ordering the web coupon #3 for years. Today we called to order the same thing for the same $38. They quoted us for $56. When I asked about it they said there was a $4 charge for wings. Look at the math. Doesn’t add up. Go somewhere else consistent. $20 more for a customer ordering the same thing for years doesn’t make sense.
They messed up our order but ended up getting us a free pizza which is pretty cool I guess. food was great though!
Once I FINALLY figured out you can't get to the business on Vista Blvd via Vista Blvd I was glad I found them via Los Altos. I had decided to use one of the 'coupons' I had purchased from a Boy Scout (who was with his father) in my neighborhood. I had already considered trying Pizza Plus and when the Boy Scout came to my door I knew it was a good plan. I went. I wasn't expecting much but when we (me and my grandson) tasted that Hawaiian pizza for the first time we were IMPRESSED. Natalie R. helped me with the order and I was grateful for her. Not only did she help me with the order but she sided with me on the fact the GPS systems could be better. She was delighted and surprised when I called her later to say THANK YOU! She, and the other man who was there, made my day. Also, next time I will tell the chefs - GOOD JOB! OH, and as far as the GPS system goes - Elon Musk, please come back from outer space and work on it. Thank you.
