The pizza was average, not very flavorful but put together well. The wings were flat out gross. Slimy and undercooked, the sauce just made it worse. I complained about the raw chicken and was not listened to. The employees are hit and miss, some are really nice and other just going through the motions. There are much better places around.
I used to order a lot from them before. I stopped because they could not deliver to my place where I moved. So I started ordering from somewhere else. BIG mistake! I have forgotten all about pizza plus for a very long time until I was invited to eat there again. To my surprise, their pizzas are still delicious as I remembered them 6 years ago.
TITLE: they made it right..We ordered by phone. Told the lady on the phone THREE times what we wanted. Got home and the pizza was wrong. Called, spoke to manager, and she made it right by giving us a one size larger correct pizza. You decide whether or not to eat here.

Super disappointed, we ordered through Grubhub. An hour later we get a phone call that the store is experiencing technical difficulties and they’ve canceled our order. We were outside waiting because we assumed they would be pulling up with our order any moment. Instead my order was canceled and I had to go back and start over and find a new restaurant and place another order so we will be waiting again. All of this and absolutely no word from anyone at the restaurant themselves, Grubhub were the ones that contacted us. Ridiculous. We won’t be trying this one again.
Use to come here all the time. Picked up order today and what a joke. Combo #3 is advertised to serve 8 to 10 people. Only be lucky to feed 4. Half bucket of wings looks to be barely a quarter of a bucket . Small order of fries. Order came with 6 celery and carrot sticks.Spoke with invited friend and family and they unfortunately said they have experienced the same and that Pizza Plus has declined.Unfortunately due to covid a lot of places have deteriorated in food and service. Sadly pizza plus has gone downhill.
I ordered an extreme party pack 2/06/2022 to be delivered to Fly High for my son's birthday party. I was asked what time I wanted it delivered and agreed to a 4:45 PM. The food was 20 minutes late and my order was wrong and missing my wing sauces on top of my one of my specialty pizzas being wrong. I didn't get my supreme pizza or extra crispy chicken wings; Thanks Taylor. Why ask what time I wanted food delivered if it was going to be late?The gentleman that delivered our food said he was waiting for the order, but when I called the store, they said my order was going to be there in minutes. he had to return to the store and come back with our extra sauces we paid for. If a customer is paying almost $200 for an order, at least get it right. I would have left the party to pick it up and make sure my order was complete. This almost ruined my son's party.
Food was great only complaint is the staff, the younger lady with the lashes walked away from me when I was asking her for utensils. She looked right at me and continued to walk away like I was a bother to her she proceeded to go to the back area when she was just folding boxes infront of me.. It was very rude. The service was excellent besides that encounter.
Today I placed an order a bucket of wings, and wen I get home I just have lake 15 wings and there being to dry, they did’n put enough sauce 👎
Once Upon aTime,I rememberPizza Plus being so good I raved about it!They had the best chicken wings and salad bar and Pizza on their lunch buffet! But that was years ago. Now they should pay me to eat there!It was Awful! The "chicken wings" are no longer REAL! They use frozen, pre breaded whatever that was ?? Salad bar yuck! Pizza old and had to wait for fresh. (They weren't even busy!) And...no TP in women's restroom!
