Great customer service and great food. I tried the prater location and it was not the best but I came to the oddie one and it was great right off the bat. The cashier Lidia was super helpful and nice she explained everything to me and was helpful with suggestions. Then the food was amazing too. I’ll definitely be coming back. :)
I've order from this place multiple times and this time they refused to deliver my order claiming it's too far, but they've delivered here 4 times in the past year and it's only 2 miles away. all of a sudden they don't deliver anymore even though I offered a $100 tip for a $200 order. I will be making sure the BBB investigates these fraudulent practices and lying employees. The owner won't be pleased to hear $300 orders being refused, that's a liability.
This is the pizza place in my neighborhood, so I go here for the convenience. The food is good, if not great. Don't shy away from the mango habanero sauce because you don't like heat. It's not spicy at all, just delicious. I recommend calling ahead if you're picking up. It can get crazy busy here.I used to go to Pizza Plus a lot more frequently, but I had a bad experience one day when their internet was down and I couldn't pay with my card. I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to drive around trying to find a place to get cash. The employees just stood their staring at me, not offering any alternatives. So, I suggested they let me take the pizza to my work event, they make a note in the system, associated with my phone number, with how much I owed them, and I would stop by on my way home from work to pay. They all looked back and forth at either other dumbly, not saying anything. There was nothing left to do but throw up my hands and walk out. As other reviewers have mentioned, I don't think they have management at this restaurant.Here's the real kicker, though. The next time I called to place an order, I was told I couldn't, because I had not shown up to pick up my last order. I would not be allowed to order again until I paid for that food. The irony! It was MY idea to put a note in their system that I needed to pay for that food and they acted like it was a foreign concept. Instead, they DIDN'T give me the food, and THEN they made a note in their system that I owed them money, just like I suggested! What a joke. So, I explained the situation and they let me order, but for that and the next five or six orders I placed, I was required to pay in advance, as if I could not be trusted. Clearly, they still had some kind of mark on my phone number. Pizza demerits? Come on.Well, all the worse for them. I eat a LOT of pizza, and that experience encouraged me to branch out to some other pizza places, where I found food I like much better. I'll still get Pizza Plus occasionally because of the proximity to my home, and because the pizza and wings are pretty good, but I won't ever be a regular again.
This was my first time ordering food here. I ordered the #7 at 7pm on a Sunday night and it took an hour and 45min. to arrive and I live a few blocks away. When the food arrived it was cold and the wings were dry like if they sat under the heat lamp all day, on top of being dry they were tasteless maybe half of them actually had the garlic parmesan on them, steak fries were soggy and undercooked. Yuck! Pizza was cold and also tasted bad. ONLY good thing was the fried zucchini and carrot sticks. I basically spent $55 for food that went to the trash.??
We used to think Pizza Plus is a treat but unfortunately we were disappointed. A couple things should be brought to their attention. When we called for delivery, the person on the phone told us a total. We expected that to include delivery charge and tax. But when the driver arrived he stated it was a larger total than we expected. We don't know why. That cut into the driver's tip unfortunately. Also, our order was wrong. We asked for olives on our pizza and didn't receive that. We asked for half hot wings and half bbq, and got half sweet chili. It wasn't bad in taste but we didn't get what we ordered. Our receipt said an order number that was different than the one on the box. I'm assuming they switched the orders by accident. The fries are never good anymore. We probably will be hesitant in ordering again. So sorry to leave this as I understand the tough service industry but some things just didn't add up this time.
Very busy place I came with A big group and we loved the fact that we were able to sit altogether. We love the pizza the wings. I believe we got helped by a manager since she was wearing A different color shirt from the other employees, she explained to us the difference in The wing sauce and she was very helpful she even recommended their hot in nitro wing sauce, Definitely coming back
Used to be one of the best pizza places. I don't know what the hell happened. Ordered a pizza last night, asked for extra sauce and instead got NO sauce. The toppings looked old. You'd think it'd be pretty hard to mess up a pizza, WRONG. Worst. Pizza. EVER. Won't be returning.
To be completely honest I’ve been eating pizza plus since a kid. The last few years have been to disappoint, recently the last two orders have had TERRIBLE and I mean bad dry wings no sauce I don’t know what you guys are doing or if it’s a new way to test the water but it’s a big no. That’s from me and multiple people. Stop messing with things that are perfectly fine.
Absolutely lined up here all kinds of food in window and 1 person getting orders out! No one in dinning room but we are changing empty trashes and making pizza boxes! They need a management overhall
Encountered a very rude cashier named Mayala. I was with my buddies and one of them was using a coupon. He asked her what the original price was without it and she abruptly responded with "PAY FOR 3 WHEN YOU HAVE 4 YES, THAT IS WHAT COUPON IS FOR", in an extremely rude and loud manner. Then preceeded to comically, almost in a child like fashion, overly exerted her force in placing the plates and cups on the table for us.Now in terms of seating, this is definitely subjective, but I am not a fan at all of indoor bench seating. They are clunky, large, make screeching noises when moving and a general inconvenience for anyone have to share a seat. Save the outdoor picnic aesthetic seating for the outdoors.The soda was flat and for the "buffet" there was only 1 pizza available to eat for everyone (maybe two if they felt like it)
