I had not eaten at Pizza Hut in almost 20 years. I ordered two pizzas plus dessert for delivery. The pizza was delivered about 30 minutes after coming out of the oven as best I can tell. They used a delivery service, not a Pizza Hut employee for the delivery and it was slow so the pies were only lukewarm. The thin crust pizza was a wet soggy mess so I threw it away. The regular crust pizza was soggy but edible. It was okay, not great. It did have a good amount of toppings but almost no cheese. I called to complain about the delivery, they just left it at the door and did not ring the bell, and the kid who answers the phone was polite but clueless otherwise. There are much better choices around, even Domino's around the corner does it better.
Always messes up the order, doesn't cook the pizza correctly and the toppings have slid off the pizza due to incorrect cooking temps. Customer service never reached out and never will because they don't care about their regular customers
Thieves! Watch your bank statement! Took out an unauthorized $9 tip on a $22 carry out order. Still waiting on the money they stole to be refunded
I ordered a pizza at 9:30pm since they are a mile away from me, I hadn't eaten all day and was in need of a quick meal. The order estimate was 25-35 minutes. At 10 I get a text saying it's out for delivery. 20 minutes later, no pizza so I call and ask, he says the driver had another order so I should just wait. 20 more minutes pass, I call again and ask for a refund because the driver had returned even though I still had no pizza. They could not refund me unless I went in the store, which was about to close, so they offered to make me a new order and deliver it, with a free drink to make up for the trouble. Well it is now 11:15 and I still have no delivery, no one called me, no one came by. I guess I will now have to try to get a refund out of corporate. Oh, and I tipped 25% in advance. Don't bother ordering here, this seems to be a chronic issue at this location.
“Dissatisfied customer “ The Person taking my order did not listen to what I ordered. When my order was complete I was given my order, I checked to see if the cook double cut my pizza as I ordered only to find I was given the wrong pizza. The person handing my pizza stated “ohhhh, this is the wrong pizza” then returned the pizza to the kitchen. The next pizza given to me I never checked as I assumed the error had been corrected. I was hungry and wanted to get home to my wife. Returning home Again I discovered I received the wrong pizza. I asked my wife what did she want to do. She was so upset and said “ let me try it.” My wife’s response was yuck. This is the worst pizza she had ever eaten from the prater way store in sparks, Nevada. My wife asked me for the receipt so she could call the Pizza Hut store only to find there was no phone number on the receipt, she promptly looked up the number for that location. My wife called the store back and asked to talk to the store manager. The store manager answered the phone, listened to her complaint and stated “ I ordered the pizza in red sauce not the white sauce as I requested “. She also stated she could hear the ordering as I had her on speaker phone asking her what she wanted. The store manager then offered to make a new pizza and I would have to pick it up. My wife stated”you need to deliver the pizza since it was your persons error”. The store manager stated “ because I picked up the order then I need to pick it up again “. My wife stated “ no, if you don’t deliver the pizza then she was going to report this matter to the corporate office”. The store manager stated ok and hung up. This is messed up. I would love to have resolved this matter at the local level, but decided to take this matter to the next level. I might note; my wife also stated she was going to post the matter to social media. This is the first time I’ve ever seen my wife so calm and cool over a negative situation. My wife has not posted a negative post about your Pizza Hut store at the above mentioned location as of yet but decided to wait for a response to this complaint. Buy the way the pizza ordered was a large stuffed crust pizza with white sauce, chicken, with bacon and to double cut the pizza. The pizza received was made with red sauce, bacon bits and 12 tiny bits of chicken. It cost me $20.97 plus tax to end up with no pizza to eat. The ticket number is #0047 at 06:03 pm by employee # 011663 Ricardo. I ate the cookie but tossed the pizza. First, on the app I requested updates on where my order would be at through text never got it.Second, the food arrived, but the driver never knocked and just left it outside in the cold on the ground.Third, when I call the store to complain the Basic worker just hangs up. The manager on the other hand proceeds to talk over while I’m trying to explain why my order was messed up. Not letting me get a word out the Manager hangs up the phone but not before telling me to call corporate because she is not dealing with it.Fourth, if I could give this store a negative review I would
I ordered on line. Paid on line. My grandkids were hungry. After waiting an hour for my delivery, I call the store, no one answers. I drive down there. The woman in the said they were closed. I said the above, she said Ill have to refund your card. Were closed! Terrible
ordered 3 pizza's and a dessert through the app. at 5:14. I didn't receive my order in till 7:55. I called and was told that the kitchen had a mix up with my order and they had to remake it. the girl on the phone said she was going to ask about getting 20% off. when she came back she said the manager said I could have a credit. bit did not say how much. I explained I rarely order from pizza hut and was Informed that was all she could do. and it was up to the manager. and she would not do anything more. Definitely won't be ordering again.
The toppings were very sparse. Need to put more on next time. It also seemed a little undercooked. Pan pizza used to be more crispy on the bottom, and thicker.
The pizza we received was nothing like the Pizza Hut pizzas I remember. I had to make a frozen pizza for my husband he disliked it so much. Half of the pizza we received had so much sauce it was oozing an inch thick out one side where as the other half had virtually no sauce. It looked like a child slapped it together and haste was the most important ingredient.
