The wife and I agreed that the pasta dishes we ordered were average at best. The chicken and spinach lasagna was way too cheesy. The primavera saute with pasta was too watery. The veggie doneness was all over the board. Some near raw and some mushy.Our server was the best. I would say she was in the top ten.We might go back to try the burgers.

The waitress, service, and food were very good. The variety of choices for vegans and vegetarians was excellent. The only negative was my water was never refilled.
Never ate at the Sparks location before...I had Italian sausage spaghetti. No flavor and water tasting sauce. My husband's meal was there seafood and noodles, it smelled wonderful and he said it was fantastic. A Friday night dinner, no dishes, in and out, good service ? I guess I'll give them another try. Great food with a suitably informal venue. The decor is eclectic, unique, and a bit bizarre, which makes the whole dining experience more appealing and memorable.
Great food and friendly service
Mediocre food, at best. Egotistical and pretentious with an aire of douchebaggery from all of the staff that interacted with our party. They'll probably have to look up a couple of words herewithin this review. Too many choices of good food and great staff for this place to stay open.
Good food, excellent service at good price points. Highly recommend for a night out in a casual atmosphere.
