Store says it’s open but owner is still inside getting things ready I understand they have to prep before but maybe he should start his shift 10 -15 min ealrier to prepare instead of having customers wait outside when it should clearly be open very unsatisfied.

The old man and woman are rude as hell. Had two separate orders and the guy freaked out about the second order (Cheese bread.) Then they complained that I was a walk in and not a "call ahead." Rude staff period.

One of my favorite places to get pizza.. usually we do $11 Tuesdays pizza day. My favorite is the chicken bacon artichoke, thin crust. Their Mediterranean bowl add chicken and bacon is yummy for any cheese lover! And nothing beats a pizza right out of the oven. ?
Their system was rebooting. Kids didn't seem to respect owner . There was a little much of the sprinkled herbs but pizza was ok. Usually have better pizza but I could tell kids working were new maybe.
Really dont like to 1 star things but after a few tries going to this location, I can say the vista location for this chain and location are much better...as for the rating, it comes from the employees, including the manager's general lacl of caring, this last bout my pizzas had so little sauce it may as well have had none and a whole whopping 3 pieces of ham for a family size pizza and this was the manager making the pizzas as he was verbal about being the only employee. I get it to an extent, ive been left understaffed before but to take it out on the customer is wild. He acted mad cuz i came into his store and took it out on my pizza, my 7 year old daughter even commented that ' that guy is rude. If i didnt love the pizza i wouldnt spend here at all but thankfully its a chain with more locations.

Most unprofessional business I have ever attempted to call a order into. Will never even consider giving them my business again. Absolutely unbelievable. I have no idea how this establishment is still even open.
