Have never been to this location before and they definitely need to work on guest service. The first girl we talked to was very nice. The cashier on the other hand never said a word to us. Just told us the price. Didn't ask if we wanted a drink. Ignored us when we asked for extra sauce and seemed like we were inconvenienceing her when we wanted to add another item. I am only giving 3 stars because the food was good. Also you shouldn't power wash the floors near the kitchen when you are open. So probably only give 2 stars instead.

The food was good and honestly better than other Pand Express's in the area. The woman working the register, however, wasn't super nice or helpful. Other people were in line and altho she looked at me (I waited near the register on the side, I had an online order) she continued to help everyone else but me. I had to get her attention to stop what she's doing so I can get my order. If I didn't order a drink I would of grabbed my stuff and walked out but I had no choice but to wait. She shot me a dirty look and seemed annoyed with me. It's okay, ill go back but next time don't bother with a drink if I order online. The building itself is nice and roomy and very clean. Overall a great experience minus that miserable worker

ALWAYS out of brown rice. When I visited last, they had no chow mein made, no fried rice, no brown rice, and they were out of or waiting for about 30% of all the entrées. The restroom was out of paper towels and pretty dirty. This seems to be the worst of the Panda's in town but I've seen these same problems at many of the other Panda's in town too. Find somewhere else to eat unless you're dead set on Panda. Also, 3 separate people from different parties took food back at almost the same time with hair in them.

They only gave me 1 fortune cookie an it took forever with one person ahead of me an my wife . Not to mention the old lady complaining behind the counter about the amount of people there where waiting to get food . Like maybe if you guys put the food in the boxes instead of just writing on the plate an waiting for someone else to figure out they have to finish the order it would go smoother .

Always clean. They were quite busy. Several dine in patrons which was great to see. No more masks so you can smile at people and they back! Food was good. Sadly they don't have soup any longer. My hubby's fave!

Thank you for making us put on a mask to order, but not to eat in the business. Then I find someone's hair in my food. But at lest I had on my mask.

This store is without a grown-up manager right now and it shows. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. When it gets busy the crew starts to ignore online orders to get through the customers ordering in store. And I mean IGNORE. If you're coming in for an online order, get comfortable because they may eventually come ask you the name on the order but you're more likely to just have your food randomly ready after waiting for 30 minutes (as was the case tonight).Me and the 10 other online order customers waiting considered just getting in line. At least 20 people came in, ordered and left before I received my food.

Pretty terrible service at this location. I reside in Spanish Springs and will drive right past this location to the one on Prater to get panda. They never have any items prepared on time or properly and seem to be severely mismanaged. I hope it changes because it is quite closer, but certainly is not worth my time at the moment. I'm frustrated and considering just finding a closer, better Chinese food source

I typically love Panda Express, this last time I ordered the Beijing beef there was zero beef that I could find. It was just a bunch of seasoned, oily breading. I am extremely disappointed.

Definitely a busy Panda Express, but the staff was friendly, and acknowledged all of the other customers. They were kind toward each other and good at communicating with each other about items they were running low on so they could prepare a fresh batch.
