The food is bland. I only go here because my girlfriend likes it. I will say though, the kitchen is SPOTLESS and the employees are always on point and as efficient as can be.
worst lunch experiance at a panda ever. waited in line 10min ordered and was told chowmein was cooking and would be soon then went to pay and was told 8 minutes for the teriaki chicken 19 minutes later i get a lunch with no eating utensils on my way back to work im wondering why i should ever eat at this chain again. It was clear they had more than enough staff because they were standing in a corner looking and talking to each other. got to work and had to scarf lunch because 10 min each way leaves no extra time. If i needed this kind of stress in my life i'd eat here all the time. the more i think about it its surely an indication of bad leadership and poor training if any. Something certainly missing in the food industry. As for Panda Express they can do without my business. Best of luck to any that choose this restraunt
Worst possible place to eat. If a takeout ALWAYS something missing. Sauces or utensils are never included even when you ask. Customer service is horrible. Always rude at this location.
Terrible..can we give out zero stars.I went to their website for a delivery. The delivery was canceled from PE and I was charged. I drove in on my lunch and waiting 15 minutes to talk with someone. She offered to have my money given back however the manager(liz)had to do it. In other words she was unable to give a refund. She saud would addres it the following day with her manager..She also offered to give me the lunch at no charge for inconveniencing me. I had no desire for that lunch as it was sitting over an hour. Which was an 1 hour after the delivery time. I took it and could not eat it in good conscience due to health concerns.I never received a phone call back from the manager.After 10 days I call and I am told I was talking to a manager and when I asked for her name she said she was a minor and could not give it out.Not only did I not receive my food hot and on time. I was charged for a service charge and treated rudely by the store the 2nd time I addressed my concern with them. I was also inconvenience in leaving my workplace giving up my lunch to address a concern for not receiving my lunch and being charged for it.Other than the 1st people I spoke with Bri ... the worst customer service.
So I go in to order and a lady called Auden screws up my order so when I take it back she's VERY rude and says "when I ask you if you want terriaki chicken SAY terriaki chicken"! Well I said terriaki chicken, I have a photo of the receipt which does NOT have it on it. Most ignorant and rude experience I've EVER had a restaurant. Guess she wanted to cover up her mistake by insisting it was MY mistake. Do not eat here, she was busy asking me for my order while talking to another employee and tried to blame me for it.
OMG what's happening with Panda Express? Usually when I go to Panda Express I get good service, but lately they seem to be slipping on fulfilling orders. Today they missed an entree in my plate and only one scoop of chicken in my bowl with rice and not a big scoop at that. What's the matter with you guys at Panda Express get your stuff together.

Disgusting!! I paid 50$ for sum nasty food. My order was not right at all. I had no teriyaki sauce with my teriyaki chicken. So what I got just chicken. My rice is way under cooked. My chicken os RAW. AND ON TOP OF IT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!

I can't take orders from young kids when my mask falls below my nose when ordering. I will no longer support them, we only stayed because my youngest son was so excited to have Panda. Vote with your money and feet.. Just my opinion, but I'm too old to be threaten to be kicked out my a 16 yo snobby, girl. Good luck.
