I have just ordered door dash from this location. 1. my food was as hard as a rock 2. never got a mc flurry with the add ons I PAID FOR. I then tried getting a refund not sure if it will happen. I then call this location and a male answers the phone i explain to him and he has the most rude tone in his voice. I explained again and in the middle he interrupted and said “I still can’t hear you” I then repeated myself still couldn’t hear me. I would like to know if the employees know how to respect costumers even if busy?
very very bad service firstble i was the only one at the loby i order two drinksand i askthem for my order and they said we have problems With themachine is not our faul That was 15 minutes later , i wait 5 more minutes i askthem for a refund tothe shift leader i think so she was , well to much people in there about 7 or 8,but from all of them you can't made one when i Was waiting for my food that inever got it i saw all the drivethru costumers coming inside for food they forgot to put inside the bags all wrong ordersPS. To Whom concern you need to put responsable people to give a good service
THIS McDonald’s in particular I have a lot of respect for. If you think about it, the amount of customers this place alone serves in a day is incredible. As well as the fact that I’ve lived in Reno for about 15 years total now and have not yet had one issue with the order or the quality of the food. Huge shoutout to the team that works here.
The wonderful employee that took my order and handed me my food (which was delicious) proceeded to use a Donald Trump impression the entire time. If I could put a 6 star rating on this review I would. WELL DONE
Fries cold, no napkins, quarter pounder sandwiches cold, filet of fish was not edible by a human being tasteless over sauced over cooked and cold as well. I threw half of meal away it was terrible. This location needs a management interven
This was the worst food I have ever had at McDonald's. I ordered a Big Mac and crispy chicken with a large fries thru the drive thru. The big Mac patties were cold, I have never been handed a cold burger before. It was gross and I through it in the trash hoping the chicken would be better. It was hot but the oil it was cooked in was soured and gave it a terrible taste so it also went in the trash. This McDonald's is in need of some supervision of the quality of the food. ?
Sadly this location gave me a very ok’d mc chicken sandwich. I was barely able to bite through it and one worker accused me of lying. I provided the sa which back to them as evidence. My sandwich was replaced and but of the three men i dealt with one you g guys was very sweet and kind. The manager on duty and the team member working the window (main culprit) were nasty. I understand they are inundated but i didn’t deserve to be treated that way and i had to drive back 30 minutes to have my sandwich replaced.
We stopped here to stretch our legs & get in pjs ok our road trip with 3 kids. The employees here were amazing & after seeing my kids’ distress at ordering *exactly what they wanted* gave us ice cream cones for free. It made a stressful stop so much easier.
Came in for two breakfast sandwiches and two hashbrowns. Everything was hot and what you would expect. Cheese wasn't melted fully for my liking but not a big deal. Order came out quick too and everyone was friendly. Always great service at this location
Do not eat here. This is hands down the worst fast food experience I have ever had. We ordered on line (a 50$ order) and arrived right before our order was up. After sitting in the designated spot for a half hour my husband finally went inside. Mind you there were no cars in the drive thru when we arrived and few people inside. My husband waited at the counter for 10 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged. I then went inside and waited another 10 minutes saying excuse me several times and also was mot acknowledged. There was 1 person in the filthy lobby waiting for food. After receiving our food with no thank you or apology we had to ask for several missed items also sent some back because they were made incorrectly. Tasting our food added to the disappointment as the fries were ice cold and not fully cooked, the nuggets tasted of soap and the mcdouble was dried out and ultimately fed to the dog. Do not chance eating here!!!! Buy food from the convenience store attached to the restaurant u will have a faster, cleaner and tastier experience.
