I normally don’t write reviews but that poke place is amazing. The quality of ingredients and portion is worth every penny.
this place straight up sucks. no spring mix. no rice. no nothing but tons of fake crabmeat and cream cheese. absolutely disgusting.
Bad customer service experience received today. I ordered online and specified the contents to include in my large poke. Instead I received missing shrimps and scallops. Called and the manager said it was not available. So is that a good enough reason to cut corners and just serve me an incomplete plate without telling your customers? I wouldn’t pay 17 dollars for a plate with 3 cups of rice, minuscule servings of salmon and missing items. She refunded my money but I took the liberty to return them my orders hoping for an apology at least.when I didn’t get it she said it’s because I hung up on her and still never apologized. She was defensive and never took responsibility for the issue. Be better. You lost me as a customer. I do not recommend this place.
We just ate here for the first time and we had a really good experience. Great customer service given by kalina, she was very patient and kind. HUGE portions. My husband and I shared a meal and still couldn't eat it all. We will be back.

Waited 15 minutes for Hamachi, I asked for my order and cashier responded aggressively. They also have my other 2 orders to another customer, they had to build me new ones and did it with bad attitude. So many good poke bowls in town, won’t come back here to deal with bad attitudes. When she was making my new bowl she was just throwing food on plate she was making.
We are visiting from.So. Cal. and decided to try Loco Ono. They had so many good reviews.We were greeted by happy, smiling employees and a spotless restaurant. Our food was prepared expertly and the portions were very generous. We also.ordered the special ribs. Couldn't wait to get to our hotel room. The smell was amazing. I didn't know what to taste first. The ribs won. They are the best I've ever had! And the poke bowl was amazing too. In fact, we enjoyed it so much, we're going back tonight.
The large was genuinely large, make sure you have a big appetite. Good poke!
Friendly fast people and fantastic food. The bowls are great and the katsu with curry can't be beat!
