Says open till 10 but was told at 8:30 that they stopped doing lobby orders at 7:30...? Glad I drove all the way here.
I paid for a pizza and crazy bread I never received due to them cancelling my order 10 mins after it was suppose to arrive!! They have done nothing to resolve the issue after twice of them promising to remake the order, and leaving 2 voice-mail to corporate because they didn't want to deal with their screw up, much less even apologize or make it right!Anyone know the owners of this franchise because I want to contact them and tell them how poor their customer service is!!
Terrible service last several visits. Not very happy service workers. Today, with my medical exemption from my doctor, they refused me service of any kind. Do not recommend.
Never had a bad experience. Always something hot and ready.
How come they close at 7pm on Sat when they are supposed to be open till 11 . Wouldn't even take my order and it was 650 pmOk here's day two of them closing early on the website it says open till 9 they're closed at 7
The management at this location needs to lead from the front. The blatant picking up the phone & hanging up will test the wrong persons patience one day. This is not a good business practice & with today's technology, a polite voice message stating the hours of operation, or "we are busy making fresh pizza with a limited staff, plz place an online ordered and we look forward to seeing you soon". It's not rocket science. It's called customer service. The last pizza I got, looked like it was thrown into the box, beacused the topping had slid to one side. Quality products & service goes along way!
10/15/21 6:38 PM on a Friday and I couldn't order in person, but she "has" to take online orders. That's great for customer service. The first and last time coming to this location. A young man just placed a sign in the door as I'm sitting in my car that that they're not taking lobby orders. That sign would have been helpful 15 minutes ago when I walked into the lobby and was ignored by the misguided girl with the pigtails.
ALWAYS closing early. Don't waste your time assuming you can get food after 6pm
My kid and I were waiting inside while our order was being made. Staff was rude and short with customers. Telling them they were only allowed to order two kinds of pizza and nothing else. Throwing things and cussing in the back. We witnessed the two workers touch their hair, face, counters, money, picking things off the ground and then immediately touching food and making pizzas. So many health code violations. We got a refund and left. We will never eat here again. Management needs to address this situation immediately.
Google and store hours are not matched. Says it’s open at 10am but I showed up and waited for a half hour but the store still didn’t open. I drove off deeply irritated and still hungry as I really wanted to give them my business.
