Service should be fast ,,,should be,,,, I had never go when they have a pizza ready, people seem to be sleepy and unmotivated. I wish they could have better service.
All young kids and a mess in there. Had to tell the worker my order three times like he was stoned. I ordered one deep dish pep one hot and ready pep and one two liter. That's it. Said it three times. Had to wait 15 minutes for a hot and ready which he told me after I paid. Got my pizza it was not even cut all the way thru. Asked to have them re cut and the girl at the register was rude and said racist things in Spanish about the customers. I assume the one guy is the manager he was ok. All other employees were rude and racist. Not the place to eat for sure. They don't care how your food looks or taste. Just remember to make sure they cut your pizza thru and it is what you ordered and it's not already cold before you leave the store. Or your coming back to the store.
If u want some delicious pepperoni pizza where its already cooked and ready to go...Little Caesar's (in Sparks, NV) is the place to go.
HEALTH HAZARD - CUSTOMERS BEWARE last night my family ordered 2 Batman cheese pizzas from this location and we love the pizza franchise, however our pizzas smelled of bleach and an odor similar to old mushrooms or mildew. Unfortunately I believe that the cheese they had in stock was old and maybe they didn’t know it but they still made the pizzas with the old cheese. The aroma wasn’t that strong but once you put the pizza up to your face you could tell something was a little off but we chalked it up to the fact that they had Parmesan sauce on the pizza. Some pieces were ok and other pieces had an awful taste and odor. I did speak with Door Dash about the quality and safety concerns and they took care of their side of things however I tried to speak with the manager “Fernando” or at least that’s the name I was given on the phone and the manager told me “sorry No hablo Ingles” . Now again I love Little Caesars my family we have no problem with this establishment however it’s really offputting that I’m trying to make them aware of a food safety concern because my family was sick the next day which is today – multiple trips to the bathroom as you can imagine and I have a really hard time believing that the manager does not speak English?? So I will be alerting the Washoe county health department so that they can do a proper inspection and I still have half of one of the pizzas which I would be glad to bring back to the store or take to the health office so they can examine/determine what exactly was in this pizza giving off that foul smell and taste which I truly believe is mold.

Came in 02/24/2022 25 minutes before closing. The girl asked how can I help you and when I started ordering told me they were closing and only handing out what was already made? Which was one Batman pizza.. who knows how long it had been sitting there. I didn’t realize 30 minutes before closing meant they were closed and couldn’t make food?
Incompetent, slow, dirty, careless kids work here! I will never return here I hate to say cause I was once a frequent regular customer! I really loved little ceasers growing up! it's sad to see people don't put any effort at all in customer service work ethic! This location is trash, garbage!
Cashier informed me that the new special half pepperoni and cheese with marinara was a order before you pickup no walkin which I was. So I grabbed a pepperoni pizza already made. Great flavor bread sauce and cheese
Can not follow orders. Every time I come in and request a pizza with no cheese. They always put cheese on it and I have to wait another 15 minutes for them to correct the order. Even when the cashier goes in the back and tells them no cheese they still make it wrong. Unsatisfied.
Ordered extra cheese, got less than normal. Same problem last two times. Buuut, cheap pizza nearly on demand, and the babies were happy.
