Las Trojes Mexican Restaurant in Spanish Springs, NV was mediocre on taste of food, and my female server did not ask if I needed a refill on my drink. The salsa was like dipping the cold chips in to just tomato sauce. No tasty salsa at all, and the chips were cold. The Steak fajitas were not served on a sizzling platter, the beans and rice had no flavor. When I do not eat up my refried beans, you know it wasn't tasty. I will not return here to eat in the future.
Usually have dinner her when visiting my sister and dad in Sparks. Good food and service!

This place should look for new employees. The only vegetables they serve are green bell peppers. The bean burrito was just like Taco Bell only flatter with less taste. Just a sad experience all the way around. Perhaps something nice will happen to the waitress that will bring a smile to her face. It would only help.
Great food, fast friendly service and I am not sure if family owned but you will be treated like family. Food is fresh and quality, the restaurant is inviting and the staff is accommodating and pleasant. Will return soon. I wish Horchata was listed on menu but glad they had it!
We have been going here since 2005, first the old place and now in the new building. I believe this is the best Mexican food I have every had. The margaritas are excellent, however they have a full bar if you like something less traditional. I highly recommend this place for food and drinks. They make you feel like you are with family.

We were looking to try something new. Our usual spot is closed due to fire damage. The food wasn't awful, but could have used some more seasoning. The staff seemed very disinterested and inattentive. We ordered the taquitos appetizer for our 6 year old and when the bill arrived we were charged more than what was listed on the menu. When pressed the server said the appetizer is for a two taquito meal but we got 3. That wasn't mentioned on the menu, nor what we asked for. We'll try somewhere else next time.
