I've always loved Krispy Kreme donuts, but this location needs a lot of work. Their hours are inconsistent. Google shows they close at 11pm, but when I called I was told 10pm. I went there the other day at 9:15pm and they were already closed. I'm not sure who's managing this place but clearly they aren't doing a very good job of it. Krispy Kreme is good, but not good enough for all the inconsistencies. I highly recommend another donut shop whose hours are consistent and everyone knows their hours.
They had advertised a special seasonal donut but did not have them ready when I went in around 7:30am. Most of the donuts on the shelf were not in the right spots. I do have to say that the cashier was attentive and polite so that is why I gave a 2 star instead of 1.

I live near Krispy Kreme, so I visit this location often. Just like every other place around they have a short staff and it is a lasting result of covid. So many "fast food" places around here are staffed with 2 people. These sort of companies need, i assume, 6-8 employees. Yes, KK are sometimes out of an item, and sometimes close early and opens late. But every single food place around here still has to close up early, or open late, because they dont have the staff. I have had some disappointment with a place not being opened. But when they are opened and have a limited staff they really pull together. Krispy Kreem, even being a chain, has being going through this. I do not work for Krispy Kreeme and I don't know anyone there. So this is just my experience today. I arrived at Krispy Kreme early this morning and ordered a dozen glazed, and a dozen assorted. I pulled up to the window and asked about the leprechaun donuts. I asked if they were available. With my donuts already in their boxes he changed my order for me. The manager, England, was the one at the window. I saw one other person near him, and one more in there, and ai am pretty sure that was it. My morning wasn't going the best, but he made my day and made smile. I have been there a dozen or more times. Always happy, I would leave many reviews all positive.
I love Krispy Kreme and am so happy they're back in town! I love being able to order on their app and either pick up at the window or walk-in or have delivered. I have been here a few dozen times since they re-opened and only had one minor mishap, I like this odds. I love their doughnuts fresh and they don't disappoint; I'm afraid to say we're lifers!
Most of the employees have terrible customer service. They sit on their phones and ignore customers for a good 2 minutes. Another guy has a just the rudest look on his face. Now I'm not a people person but I at least know how to put a customer services face and make people feel welcome. Yes they have amazing donuts but I will be going to dough boys from now on until they learn to hire some employees that aren't lazy and know how make customers welcome
Most items in the menu were unavailable when I went. The kids working there were nice, but not at all customer centric in terms of offering alternate choices, etc. Donuts, when not fresh, are not very tasty. When fresh, awesome!
I am a big fan of Krispy Kreme all the way. I love their donuts and especially when they are hot and fresh! Unfortunately, this morning experience I had at Krispy Kreme was just horrible.I had arrived around 5:40 AM to get some donuts for our clients that come in at work. The sign and website says they open at 5:30 AM which is perfect since I started at 6. I came up to the door and it was locked. The lights were on and I see the employees walking back and forth, so I knocked. They saw me, ignored me and continued doing what they were doing. So I sat in my car til 6:10 AM when they finally opened the door.Went in and was just served by the worst attitude and customer service ever. It felt like he did not like his job too much, but unfortunately I promised my job I would bring donuts because if not I would have definitely walked out and have gotten donuts somewhere else.I love Krispy Kreme but this experience was just very poor and it should never be like this no matter what. Early bird till closing, pride should be taken in your job and great the customers with best service consistently.
