Couldn't have screwed our order up more. They read it back perfectly and the receipt was correct, so why is half of it missing every time we go?? And they're slow about it too!
Ordered 24 strips and 2 large coleslaw. It cost $59 and change. That was about $20 more than previous visits. That's absurd, so I will be looking online for copycat recipes and saving my money.
We’ve been going to this location for quite some time. After today’s experience, never again. Maybe remind your drive through staff that since they aren’t wearing masks, we can see your disgusted look when we ask to make an adjustment on our order. Enjoy the sandwiches that are sitting on your rack.

My husband and I come here frequently because the quality of the food is usually exceptional. I don't know if it's new management or what, but the quality of food has drastically decreased recently. The chicken tenders have been very dry, and the portions have been so small. We even asked the gentlemen today for fresh tenders and still got small, and stale tenders. This used to be the best KFC in town but know im not sure about that.
I loved the Chicken sandwiches! We ordered them for delivery and loved how less salty they were compared to Popeyes.
