It was a busy day. We were happy to patiently wait. We were grateful there were employees.The first drink of our order was done but they called it a different flavor. It ended up being correct. Our last two drinks were given to us and mine was over full. It dripped all over me and my car. Went back in to get another cup. No apology. Pulled out of the parking lot to head home and remembered that we bought a pretzel as well! Went in to grab the pretzel and it wasn't even started. No apology. By the time we resolved everything, our beverages were melting.
Definitely not what i ordered. They said it was but wasn't. I order this all the time. Not even the same color

Aloha.The young ladies working at our Vista location are always pleasant with knowledge of services and genuine kindness. Our personal favorite. And a double shot of wheat grass makes my happy day that much happier. Hawaiian holiday is a personal favorite.Mahalo

Often I come here for my lunch break (40 minutes) it takes me 2 minutes to get there. I have been late several times after going to keva!!!!!! They always forget to make my order after i pay for it, so i sit there thinking it’s being made but it is not. The service is also quite rude.
Ordered online. Said it would be ready in 5 minutes. Took 10 minutes to get there, waited 35 more. Finally got my order after a group of 6 that walked in after I had gotten there ordered and received their order.
Its pricey but dang it's good. I really enjoy the berry buzz as it has red bull in it. The vitamin mix ins are a nice touch and make you feel like you're making a healthy choice.
