Incredibly rude disservice practically from the moment you walk in the door. Guy at the counter was hostile and nasty. Waited a really long time for the food too.
The owner is extremely rude and when you order online there is no time limit on the type of potatoes you can order so he decided to just give me fries which I am unable to have. When asked if he would just refund me for the fries and take them back he was extremely rude and said he can't since it was purchased online after saying I don't want the fries he then proceeded to take all the fries out of my container and then told the person working for him to refund me the cash from the register. This isn't the first time he's been rude and the food is subpar to either of the other locations. I will not return.
The french fries where cooked and warmed up like two to three times very bad. customer service was very bad it was like we were bothering them or something I will never eat there again. We were very disappointed
When we walked in we were met by blaring music. When we ordered the man who took our order was very abrupt, bordering on rudeWe asked for our potatoes to be well done. He said I'll try.Our burrito was good but salsa was spicy. Potatoes were not well done.Would not return
Would rate lower if I could. I've been here twice, about a year apart each time. And the first time, I called in to place an order, only to be met with a joke about my order that wasn't funny, and when I didn't laugh he was immediately rude to me, so much so, I hung up and never even finished my order. I recently went in just to see if maybe I caught him on a bad day and maybe the service would be different. I was instead met by the same quality bad jokes as my previous time, and again, when I didn't laugh was met with an attitude. As far as the quality of the food, it was way better with the previous owners. I've worked in the area for about 20 years and have seen this place have many owners. The quality of the food has always stood up regardless of who owned it. This is not the case with this owner. The burgers are smaller and very dry. The fries taste like they've been fried in old oil, and to top it off, the Kansas city burger which I used to enjoy in years prior, apparently doesn't come with bbq sauce anymore. Very strange as the burger has never changed with previous owners. Side note, I left the restaurant 30 mins ago, and all my clothes smell like old cooking oil. In conclusion, if you like dry burgers, and fries cooked in old oil by an angry late 40's guy who is eager at the chance to be rude to you, and especially if you want your clothes to smell like old cooking oil, come here, if that's not your kind of place, please go to any, literally any other place for a burger.
Wow this has to the worst restaurant I've eaten at. After seeing all the reviews now I know why they only get 3 stars.I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken had no flavor. I ordered a fried egg it was raw so gross. Total meals we ordered was 3 and all three had a problem.This used to be a good place but far from its original tast and quality. Stay clear from this place I wouldn't take their food even if it was free.
Been to multiple Juicy's in Nevada. This one though was bad. They were rude, and the bread on the burger tasted d and fell apart as if it was old. Will not eat at this one again.
I placed an order for pick up and the owner took my call only to be very rude and crass with me for no reason. Then when I arrived and paid for my food he xo tinued giving me attitude which overall made for an uncomfortable experience. The food was subpar compared to the wells location.
Can’t really even rate a burger that you can only get cooked “well”. Not even in the same arena as Beefy’s or Brickies.
Delicious food. Gotta try the Pittsburgh Cheesesteak. The owner is pretty cool. He's just trying to run an honest business. Clean and quiet environment. I enjoyed my time here.
