Nice employees but not very quick service
Taco shells a bit soft for me, however a bit will have you say ok. Good taste lots of more authentic ideas than most taco places.
Food is usually a lot better but every where has a off day
I love the food at Jim boys, the guac is always on point but the customer service is absolutely horrible not only at this location but also two other locations in Reno. The employees are always so rude every single time. I speak to employees with respect and manners and the employees always seem to be in a bad mood and very dismissive, just straight up rude. They seriously need to be given better training on how to speak to customers

I admit it. I love Jimboy's Tacos! If only they would #comebacktoVegasplease
I ordered a #1 with no salad. When I got to the window I asked her to repeat my order. She did.. She asked if I wanted lettuce on the taco. I said I did, but I didn't want salad on the rest of my food.When she handed me the bag I said for the THIRD time, there's lettuce on the taco, but no salad on top of the rest, right? Well after all that, guess who had no lettuce on her taco.I need to STOP going there!
Jimboy's Tacos is my all time favorite drive-thru taco place. The food is great and very speedy. Only drive-thru open currently at this location.
Best jimboys in town, I hope they open the dining room soon and finish the upgrades. Staff always friendly. Thank you guys.
The Taco Burger is always 1 of my favorite. But you got to always get jimboys famous tacos with parmesan cheese on them .
