Great food large portions and our server, Carla was awesome ! No fancy frills but a great atmosphere and food !
I was so disappointed this morning! Haven't eaten breakfast at Jacks in quite a while so my hubby & I went there for breakfast. I had a Denver omelet & hubby had bacon& eggs. The bacon was burnt crisp & home fries were nothing but fried potatoes in Grease! Same with my omelet floating in grease. The Whole place was Filthy!!! Floors all nasty, window sills dirty. The shelves we past by on our way out we're full of black grease and dirty. Well never go there again.
Great service, attentive staff, very reasonable prices! It was so good for lunch, we went back the next day for breakfast. Everything came quickly and hot!

Excellent service and delicious food priced very reasonable. The staff even made recommendations to save me money. She didn’t have to do that and could have just let me order my food paying more for it. Evelin is fantastic.

Amazing breakfast spot. Reno staple, must go. Try their Belgian waffle with strawberry topping, their eggs with Hollandaise sauce, or their enchiladas. All so awesome. Thank you!
Blueberry waffle - the blueberry are frozen and very small, they do not taste fresh and look like they are about to go bad.However the waffle is very fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside so the waffles are 10/10.Egg Benedict - very tasty, the sauce is good, eggs are perfectly cooked, however the bacon can be crispier because it tasted like a mush together with the not so crispy bread. The flavour is great but the overall texture is mushy.Overall - it is tasty, just that there are some minor stuff that can be better. Price is reasonable.
Very kind service. Food was good diner fair with a Mexican flair. I had the scramble. It was great. Parking was free and not a problem to find a spot. We will be going again. It's great to find a place with good food and happy workers.
