My experience here tonight was not great. The lady at the window I think she was a manager was very dry and when she gave me my order I asked for ranch and barbecue and she threw her hands up at me and said I already asked you if you wanted some and you said no and gave me attitude about wanting to sauce even though she did not ask me if I wanted that she asked me if I wanted a drink carrier

I came in for lunch and didn't have to wait long before I was waited on. The young kid who helped me at the counter was very polite and soft spoken.However, when I got my food which was a buttery Jack with bacon and Swiss cheese the sandwich was definitely to hard to chew, cold and dry. For the meal I paid $12 the Burger wasn't even worth $5. My curly fries were not even in the fry Box my fries were just dumped in the bag underneath my sandwich. Usually I check everything before I leave this time I didn't. Will not be returning to this location.

Took them a while to ask if I've been helped yet though they had 4 employees from what I could see up in the front area. Food took 9 minutes (I timed it) to be ready for only 1 combo, and there was no one else ahead of me.Asked for it to go when I ordered, they gave it to me on a tray. I asked for a bag, and the kid puts on in front of me and said, "There" in a very condescending tone as he threw it in front of me.I had already expected to bag it up myself which I was ok with, less people touching the food, however, I didn't appreciate the attitude.The girl Maggie that took my order was professional and nice, maybe her coworker should learn some manners from her.Order# 4547/21/20221:46pm

Speed was good but the younger female at the window tonight was very VERY rude. Heard my total wrong and asked her to repeat it, she rolled her eyes. I asked if my sauce was in the bag and she just said "ya". No thank you, no have a good night, just plain rude. Oddly I wasn't given a receipt. Wonder if thats because she didn't want me to do the survey...

Drive-thru can sometimes take a while, but the food always arrives warm, and they rarely mess up an order. Friendly staff and good service. Not recommended if you're on a lunch break from work, but overall a good place to go if you're craving a burger.

This location is not good lately. I have ordered from door dash several times and we are always missing items from our order. Apparently moving forward we will have to pick up our food so we can check it. Very disappointing

I recieved my food got mini pancakes when I took out the butter and syrup the butter was opened on one side and when I looked into the butter it appeared to have a finger dip size whole in the butter. I believe that is totally unhealthy and also unsanitary. Also unprofessional that the employees or employee that bagged my food didn't and don't check the condiment regularly. For safety!!!!!!

Monday thru Friday in the morning stop in at the drive thru and Miss Sandra will wait on you with a smile and she hasn't made a mistake on my orders ever. I start my work day's with Jack in the Box

My food wasn’t cooked all the way I ordered sourdough patty melt and cheese was hard not even a little melted the onions were not cooked like it shows on picture ,my fries weren’t filled all the way . We ordered shakes that was pretty much just ice cream in a cup had to eat with spoon . I never mind waiting Just as long as my food is cooked .

I was picking up an order for Door Dash. I got the notification at 4:32pm. Arrived at 4:40pm. Couldn’t go inside so had to wait in the drive through lane. It’s now 5:02 pm. And I am still waiting for one more car at the window. All the Jack in the Boxes here have a horrible wait time but this one was at least 5-8 minutes per car. Ridiculous. If you can’t run a shift accordingly due to staff shortage, then shut it down. Lots of frustrated faces. And I am losing out on other dashes. Get it together.
