Another abysmally slow drive thru and closed dining room. Went here for a delivery order, but it probably would have been faster to go to a grocery store, back to my house, cook the food myself, and deliver that instead. Can't even be mad at the employees because I know they're getting paid next to nothing.
Absolutely terrible! They naturally did not get the order correct. Should have went to Wendy's, or Burger King. I will definitely know better the next time. I got a chicken sandwich and got charged for it, but I did not order a chicken sandwich. It went straight to the garbage, as it did not look very appetizing. I definitely will not waste any more money there. It seems for the last few months that there are many businesses like this now. It's like I went to sleep and woke up in Venezuela. Don't get me wrong, Venezuela is a beautiful country, and lots of wonderful people there. I enjoyed my visits, but certainly do not want to live there.
Good burgers and Fry's amongst other tasty menu items. Prices have gone up substantialy over the last few years.

It has gone from bad to worse. Don't know what is up with JitB but quality has tumbled down the hill faster than McDonald's. The 15 minute wait in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me didn't help either. Needless to say, won't be going back for quite some time.
The light to the drive up menu didn't work..... The speaker was low so it was difficult to order.... I ordered a Dr. Pepper and by the time I realized it was a coke, I was home ....
Friendly service, good food, all was correct in the order. Can't ask for much more.
I wish I knew the name of the guy who always waits on me in drive thru.. I always get excellent service from him, I go to Jack In The Box every Tuesday morning and he hi super friendly and always gets my food to me quickly - I have a smile on my face when I see him. I'll find out his name this Tuesday
I just bought 3 double cheeseburgers curly fries and 3 orea shakes and they completely robbed me of a 11 dollar sandwich imagin getting home trusting that you got your food and you now are missing some body's meal cause of a huge mistake
The drive-through worked very well. I drove up, ordered, got my food quickly and was on my way to eat in my car.
