Great food and great service, but be sure to check your ticket before paying! When we got our check I noticed all items we ordered were listed for $9.95, when several items were supposed to be $7.25 (price listed on the menu AND order card) when paying the bill we pointed out the mistake, they said that the prices changed. We told them that they need to either honor the menu price or keep the menu up to date. They told us the price just now changed and that the manager controls prices and they can't afford to keep menus up to date. After a few minutes of reasoning they agreed to honor the menu price and corrected the ticket for us.
Some of the food was good. The service was terrible. We waited 15 minutes for egg shooters. I asked for a to go box 3 times (with eye rolls). For six (6) people they charge their 18 percent gratuity. The prices are way too high.I will never return to this restaurant.
Really good food and great service
Great sushi, bit serv8ce wad terrible. NO smiles, NO questions about anything. I asked multiple times about an order and wad told it takes a long time. We arrived at 12 am and only a few customers. Took close to an hour for 2 little appetizers. We eat at Ijji 2 often and never had this kind of (non) service. We have referred many over the years. Smile and check on customers periodically!!!!
I love writing positive reviews so this was a hard one to write. It took over 5 minutes for waiting staff to notice we were even in the restaurant. The menu set up was difficult to comprehend, of which items were on the dinner menu and which ones were the lunch menu based on the formating. The waitress then stopped by a few times asking if we wanted all you can eat. We said no and she didn't comprehend we didn't want it. Explanation about how all you could eat worked or distinctions between items on the menu were unclear...We decided not to eat there based on quality of service in first 10-15 minutes and choose another establishment.
I came here for a mobile pick up and the male bar server with a bald head really was rude to me, he told me my wait time would be extremely long and as I tried to sit he rudely said go sit somewhere else in front, I don’t want you over here. He seem to be racist and very unkind and embarrassing. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life.
Best All You Can Eat Sushi ? for the price for sure ? excellent and fast service.
If you like Western fusion sushi, then read on. If not, skip to second paragraph. The vast majority of the patrons of Ijji Sushi we're partaking of the AYCE option for sushi. I saw platters of pleasing-to-the-eye sushi rolls. There are a plethora of veggie, fruit, dairy products, seafood and meat mixture rolls. Practically anything you can mix together into a sushi roll. I saw very little nigiri sushi and sashimi sushi. The wife tried an "Anita Roll" which was a shrimp tempura with tuna and avocado slices. She enjoyed it immensely. If you are more of a traditionalist, stay far away from this place. I ordered some basic nigiri sushi (tomago and inari) and a bento combo just to get a variety of the fare offered. I found that Ijji Sushi uses plain white rice for sushi. No vinegar, kombu or sugar. They cut the Inari pocket in half to get two small Inari sushi. The tomago is prepared like a regular omelet and tastes like one. The tempura appeared to have been dipped in fish and chip batter. It had a very heavy coating. The dipping sauce for the chicken was straight up A-1 sauce. I asked the wife to taste and she confirmed. The short grain rice served with the bento was dry as sand. I was honestly very disappointed. So if you enjoy westernized maki sushi. Then this place is fantastic. I witnessed a lot of the patrons tonight completely loving the sushi rolls. Seeing how much they enjoyed their meals, I would give Ijji Sushi a 4.5.If you are more of a traditionalist, then it would be a 1.
Food was great! Cocktails are weak but that's yi be expected! Our server was very sweet and went out of his way to accommodate my friends lil one since she wasn't about to eat sushi lol
Most wait times are between 20-45 minutes without reservation. The food is always top notch and the service is very good for how busy they always are. My family and I dont go anywhere else for our sushi craving!
