If you haven't tried their crepes, you should! My fave are the Swedish with lingon berries. I order them without powdered sugar and the berries are slightly tart, really good!
My coworker ordered delivery. They weren't willing to call back to get a refund or let the cook know. The easy over eggs were undercooked. Part of the whites are still clear and gooey. Missing a drink, missing an order, and lack of any condiments.
Ordered curbside and attempt to call twice after I confirmed my arrival online. Nobody answered. Food was waiting for me inside although it was supposed to be brought to the car. Either way, it was a busy Sunday and a holiday weekend. Food was good.
Never have I ever received a bad meal at IHOP, until this morning. Party of seven too much for the cook? Overcooked and burned pancakes, eggs, ham, toast, French toast. Cold omelet with unmelted cheese. Suggestion: Prepare and send out three children's plates. Then work on the rest. Saw a meal for two seniors on the way out that looked perfect. Don't try it with 7. 20% off and a lot of leftover food.
I'll be honest, I haven't been inside an IHOP in years. I had a mad crazy craving for pancakes and stopped in for a fix. Was seated immediately and well taken care of. The restaurant was clean the food was delicious and more important, the service was friendly and warm. After looking around I noticed that all 9f the great service occurred and was handled by only 4 servers. Due to staffing issues 4 servers were keeping this place running. I can't thank them enough for making my pancake breakfast so wonderful!
We don’t eat out often, but we decided to go out for breakfast this morning. Knowing that on Sunday mornings, IHOP can be very crowded, we went about 9:30am, and we’re sat immediately. The service and food were both great! We didn’t have to wait long for anything! Our waitress Sophia was spectacular! Very quick to respond to every request, and had a smile on her face the entire time. I was pleasantly surprised, given staff shortages everywhere, and being in the Customer Service field myself, my expectations tend to be higher than the average person. Good job IHOP!
The food was good but the staff was so busy it took 20 minutes to receive my check after asking for it.
HORRIBLE service. Went in to eat, there was at least 10 tables open and they told us it was a 20 minute wait. They weren't short staffed. The host at the front was rude and didn't seem to care about customers walking out. This is the absolute worst managed IHOP.
Though the server was very busy, He still managed to get to me in a timely manner. He was very polite. The food was great. They have gluten free pancakes which is plus for me.
Ordered what we wanted and everything came out perfectly. That's a rare thing lately. Fast friendly service and reasonable prices.
