Food was excellent! We will be back. Only complaint is that every table was dirty and we had to ask for one to be cleaned so we could sit down to enjoy our meal. A couple employees you could tell were working hard. A couple were just standing around so there was no reason for dirty tables since it was not busy. We will try again and if tables are clean I will move the rating to a 5.

GourMelt is everything little highschool amateur chef me dreamed of doing some day. When you open a little, independent shop dedicated to just grilled cheese sandwiches, you really have to be creative and innovative. GourMelt is exactly that. I was equal parts baffled and excited by the recipes on their menu. There were toppings like orange-cranberry sauce, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sauerkraut, and apples… on grilled cheese sandwiches! Back in the day, I actually did try to make a grilled cheese sandwich with apples on it, but I only tried once so I never perfected a recipe. With that in mind, naturally I had to order The Bumble Brie, with sliced green apples, ham, honey, and melted Brie cheese on sourdough bread. If that doesn’t sound good to you, you’re missing out because it was an absolutely fantastic sandwich. I love the fact that this sandwich shop exists, but more than that, I love that it tastes so good.

A grilled cheese melt was super yummy for lunch with some sweet potato fries I recommend the popper with bacon. They could work on some better seating and cup sizes but really great never the less.

This was really good comfort food. Got the Brie and apple melt and the garlic fries. It was delicious, my 17 year old got turkey n cheese with the fries too n loved it.

Just wanted to share this. My girl friend and I had lunch there the other day.Noticed several things. finger prints all over everything. Coke machine, entry doors, tables, counter tops etc. food was great !! Very spendy not cleanly.....Will not go back.

It was just okay. For the price I thought the portions would be larger, or come with a side at least. Paid $22 for two sandwiches. They’re the same size as a regular sandwich you’d make at home. The bread was toasted perfectly but there just wasn’t much flavor. We also had to wait about 20 minutes which was fine because we weren’t in a rush.

They make great food. It's not ideal for lactose intolerant people like myself. But even without the cheese bath, their sandwiches are rich in flavor and mouth watering to the last bite as well as their salads. We take all our friends and family here as their food never disappoints.

Food was really good but I wish it wasn't so expensive for how little it is, especially without side included. Spent $35 for two for lunch that should have been like $20

Hella good sammich melts.

Sandwiches were massive and hearty, delicious soft buttered bread but it was also crispy and kept well on the ride home. Basil aioli and garlic parmesan fries were delicious and zesty. Only wish they had a wider selection of cheeses maybe some smoked cheddar. Girlfriend really enjoyed the Ultamelt. Side note: Very impressive job turning a food truck into a nice little gem of a venue. Good job guys.
