The El pollo's in Northern California seemed better several years back but then again everything was better. The avocado burrito was dry there was no sour cream or cheese as advertised, the chips size small literally came with five chips. They seem to be downsizing their quantities. The taco was not a corn tortilla shell as advertised.
It was good ,I was at the drive thru during lunch time...and to my surprise it took 6 to 7 minutes to reach the front and there were at least 5 cars ahead of me.Great job keep it up ????
Always good and friendly as well, however, the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides and tortillas was billed as (serves 4) uh huh.. yeah right, 4 munchkins or leprechauns maybe but 2 hungry guys, me thinks not!Seems like there's no way of getting around spending approximately $10.00 per person ANYWHEREBurgers, Chicken, Mexican, Pizza & who knows what else you can drive-thru and cram down when inflation and a carload of kids makes a great argument for learning and teaching how to cook preparing nutritious meals.Don't get me wrong El Pollo Loco is great and I love the chow but with inflation, fiat currency devaluation and an idiot at 1600 Pennsylvania with a criminally insane administration doing their best to Thelma & Louise a nation. We need to be real as its not going away.
Never coming here again! Girl working drive thru window had nasty dirty gloves on like they haven’t been changed out. Gloves need to be changed every 30 min to an hour to avoid germs spreading. Handing out food drinks and handling money at the same time, you can really tell how dirty they were. Handed my drink to me with it leaking all over. Asked her for a napkin she never gave me one to clean the mess. Now have a sticky cup. Checked my order before leaving, requested no onions no cilantro on order. My order had onions and cilantro (2 items). Got a remake on that. Than I leave the drive thru getting ready to have a drink if my sprite and I noticed black crusty stuff floating around in my drink. This is disgusting.
Best pollo loco I've been to the employees are so nice and friendly and the food is just delicious and the place is clean I cannot ask for more
Everytime i order for delivery (doordash) I never receive the order! This is the second time it's happened!I used to work for doordash myself and never have I ever left the restaurant without picking up the order, even if it took 30 minutes. why do doordashers mark as delivered if they'd never even picked up the order? They are not doing their job and the restaurant really needs to look into this!
Honest mistakes happen, don't forget your mask in this place your will be treated with bad attitude and then not offered a mask.But, their dinning room is full of people without masks and no one at six ft apart.
First time I have ever eaten here! GREAT FOOD, am so sorry it took me do long to eat here.
This place is getting frustrating. Either going inside and waiting for food or in line is no better. Are they still short staffed because of the pandemic because it doesn’t look like it. It just looks like nobody is organized. I went through the drive-through yesterday just to get two pieces of chicken before I headed out to work and when I ate the chicken it was very undercooked. Gross and disgusting so I threw it out at work. I think a higher power needs to see what’s going on at this establishment.
This is the location to go to for El Pollo Loco. I'm not sure who's running this place but they are working hard, effectively and with precision. I've never seen such great organization and teamwork from a company up close before. I can tell this place has some family oriented vibes here which is a plus in my book. The food was so good it was still piping hot by the time we got home (which took us 30 minutes). I definitely recommend this El Pollo Loco for speed, accuracy, professionalism and good hot food.
