I ordered lunch today and the pizza and salad came correctly, however I received a philly cheesesteak sandwich with a bloody fingerprint on it. Having eaten half I am completely disgusted and will be sending this complaint onward.
Rodolpho is my favorite delivery guy anywhere. He is cool and always polite. He should be given a raise for his great attitude. He is also very appreciative of tips, no matter how much he gets.
I have had good luck with Domino’s lately, but this time frankly stunk. One pizza was undercooked, and the other had so much bbq sauce I thought I might drown in it. Very disappointing.
Had a package delivered around the same time my pizza was delivered and went to grab both from outside and my packages were gone. Pizza was left. It was part of my daughter bday gift!!
Got put on hold, for them to comeback to my line and refuse my order "I have to many orders on the board I can't take anymore" I called 5 hours from closing... why even put me on hold? I'm not calling dominos to talk lol
If I wanted a cheese pizza I would have ordered one maybe one pepperoni per slice very few olives, delivered barey warm...step up your game domino's!!!!!
Don’t even know how this place is still open, placed a delivery order. food was made very very poorly, also forgot my large pizza, i ordered pasta and cinnamon twist as well so just wondering how you forget the whole pizza. Very rude when i called back and told them. Was also told they would send a driver out immediately, didn’t get my pizza til after closing which was 3 hours later. Which makes me thing the employees just waiting til closing time and delivered it on the way home to make it easier for them selfs. I gave over a 20% tip before even receiving my food just to get this in return ? Thank you so much for this experience, couldn’t even ask if there was anything they could do to make it right. Great job dominos team keep up you’re horrible work
Severely disappointed in the service. I specifically stated NO CHEESE in two subs. Cant read and take an order correctly. I hope you guys know that too much dairy consumed can kill anyone who is lactose. You are messing with people's lives by giving cheese when THEY ASK FOR NO CHEESE! Idiots.
I get faster and more professional service from these guys than any pizza place in my area (Spanish Springs). thank you!
I realize that this company was never the greatest in the world. It was good to fill your stomach. I was truly disappointed. I ordered a 6 cheese pizza. If there was 1/4 cup of cheese I was lucky. I basically paid for crust and sauce. I was not happy at all. Next time I'll get a burger....
