Wonderful and friendly service
This particular one is the best Denny's I've ever visited. Maybe that's why you might need to wait in a line for a table in the lunch hours. But it's worth doing it! Food is delicious, portions are huge) Special "thank you" to the servant Ryan for the excellent service both times!
Nothing to complain about. It's what you would expect for a 4am meal. It actually came out quicker than expected. Friendly staff and only a few customers at that time. Perfect for off days as night shift.
They didn't give me the side I ordered. They took away soup or salad and dinner bread as being part of senior dinners. They don't offer mashed potatoes as a side you can order with a senior chicken fried steak dinner. Clearly, they don't care about their senior guests.
The food was warm but it didn't taste super fresh, it's a good place to go for breakfast if there's not too much around, though.
I always like this Dennys it's close to my house and has plenty of seating. However it has also been hit by the staffing shortage on my last visit I waited over 30 min to be seated and then had to wait for my food a while also the food was good and the waitress was doing her best but there was just a lot to do. Have some patience on hand for any restaurant most are doing their best and they did take a while but the service was great
Food was alright, but the service was really great! They were surprisingly super busy last night at 11:00pm, but our server did an amazing job on still checking on us and getting what we needed and made sure everything came out alright. She was very on top of her tables and provided great service! We only waited a little bit but it was due to them being busy. So we totally understand. Also, the other staff was all hands on deck which was great to see. Everyone helped each other and I think we even saw maybe the shift manager come out and help out. Great staff!
Worst customer service. Don’t ever get a pick up order here because you will expect insane wait times. People sat down and got their food faster than a pickup order placed an hour ahead of time. Manager had nothing but excuses and was no help to his employees. Poor experience every time.
This past Monday I took my dad to Denny's for dinner and had a really good experience with our server she was very sweet and kind on the spot with our drinks and on time with our food. I believe her name is Emily J please give this young lady a raise.
Excellent Service! In town for 1 night & We wanted a Breakfast for Supper. Manager was very understanding and went out of his way to accommodate a carry-out that late!!
