Great products consistently. For the last few years we’ve ordered their Spiced Rooibos Chai, Sleep, and Herbal Mulling Spice teas in 1lb bags. During the holiday season I use the Mulling Spice tea for a stove top potpourri with oranges and cinnamon sticks as well. They always send a few samples as well and it’s fun to try and buy the ones you like!
I messed up my online order and they fixed it no problem. Teas arrived really fast and smell wonderful. Can’t wait to get into all of them!
The tea is selected very carefully and only high quality tea is blended to make a final product. I believe Davidson provides the most delicious tea in the market.
Absolutely amazing. Prompt shipping, arrived a day early as well. Just opening the box the smell was amazing, everything I ordered was there in spades, packaging amazing, free samples amazing. And a coupon card for next time. Really can't go wrong.
Decent product, mediocre service
I recently placed an order for a gift of dessert teas. In order to get free shipping, I also ordered several other teas. When my order was received, there was no dessert tea, the invoice simply had a line drawn through that item with "out" written over it. Now my order did not meet free shipping criteria so through no fault of my own I was charged shipping. When I called to talk to someone in customer service, I spoke with a very apathetic women named Lizzy. She did not introduce herself, I had to ask for her name and she never asked for my name. She told me this is how things are. Other businesses inform me if they cannot fill my order. I receive regular e-mails from Davidson's tea. Get someone else apathetic in your customer service department. I know I am only one person, but you have lost a customer.
Great teas! I am especially fond of the coconut vanilla and the earl grey! And they ship!?????

Prices are bit high and quality is OK. I have had better, I have had worse. I bought an assortment of their 1 quart iced tea bags.My biggest gripe is the bags that their iced tea comes in. They fill up with air and its hard to get the tea and water out. I would say 3 out of 5 times that I go to squish the bag (like I do with every single tea bag I have ever used) the bag breaks open and your tea is ruined. For such expensive tea you dont want to waste is so then I am straining the tea through a paper towel. Not worth it. Please change your tea bags and I might consider reusing them.
I ordered for the first time on 2/9/20 and my package arrived on 2/13/20. The herbal/floral 1lb blend was packaged well and tastes delicious! I will certainly order again.
