We love JJ"s pizza and wings. Both were awesome as always. I was disappointed in the turkey Deli sub sandwich. No onions and was over all underwhelming.
It was really busy right before the fireworks in reno on the 4th and we were one of the last customers before they closed for the fireworks and the line was long but those new smores shakes were worth the wait! So good!
ordered the bacon double cheeseburger with onion rings and a 4 piece honey bbq basket and was told to go into the parking lot where i was met only around three and a half minutes later with my food fresh and hot. i asked the guy who handed me the food who made it and he said he made it himself. i asked his name and he told me his name was joriz. very friendly and professional and fast

Hadn't been in a while. Used to go to the one that was downtown. It was delicious. Can't believe that's the only one.
Awful customer service!! Very dirty and messy inside. The management needs to focus on cleanliness n customer service. I am a visitor from CA. We went into the store on 05/21/2022 at 9:30 pm. There were around 5-6 employees very dirty, messy, making ice cream cones without using gloves. After 20 minutes, of waiting. The cashier helps me and places an incorrect order. The ice cream served was all over the cup and was served in their messy hands. I felt like throwing up looking at their cleanliness. We had to toss the ice cream, the way it was served. Waste of money!! Never would recommend to go. Total unhygienic.The lead has a name tag and she is making weird faces on us.
Staff is always really friendly. The food was good and they get it out as quick as possible. Whoever is in charge of hiring people and making sure they aren’t understaffed does a great job cause it seems like they always have 7-8 people at night when I’m picking up DoorDash orders. A lot more compared to other places I pick orders up from where there’s only 1 or 2 people working and they are really struggling.
They no longer sell regular Flamethrower. The original flamethrower came with 2 large patties so paying almost $8 was ok. The stackers are the size of a white castle. It looks like they took one patty and made 3 small patties and call it a stacker, like you are getting more meat. Before when you got your order the bag was heavy with just 1flamethrower. The worst part is you get less meat for the same price. Fool me once but never again. DQ was the only burger place I ate. Home cooked is better,.
Stopped here just to get a quick stack to put something in our stomachs, we ordered a large fry and it came out perfectly hot and delicious. I really recommend their fries especially if they come out fresh. We were surprised as we were short on time how quickly they got them made and given to us so we could get on our way. Also they have really good Coca-Cola.
Love going to DQ! Food is always great and staff friendly. Blizzards, sundaes and pretzels are our favorites. Hope the frozen hot chocolate is available for awhile ?
