This was my first time at Crumbl. I had heard nothing but good reviews about the cookies and I can say the cookies are so worth the cost. I never thought I'd pay 4 bucks for a cookie but I'm glad I did. I actually bought the 4 pack to share with my family. I got Pancake, Iced Oatmeal, Snickerdoodle and Orange Cream. Everyone of them was delicious! I can't wait to try other flavors they offer. The flavors change all the time according to the menu.
First tried these in a gift box and since the gift box we’ve been getting single cookies whenever we see one that strikes us as a nice flavor. We grabbed the potato chip this week and it was unfortunately again, super undercooked and overall underwhelming. It seems to be hit or miss on if the cookies are done but if you get a cooked one they’re worth trying.
1st time checking this establishment out and it definitely won't be my last! The staff were friendly the cookies were outstanding and I loved the fact that when you walk in you can see all the bakers hard at work making cookies! The counter was low enough to see what's going on the back! I used the app and ordered online when I picked up my order they opened the box to confirm what I had ordered before leaving which was awesome!
Ordered curbside. Had no place to park. Had to go inside where many other people were unhappy about not getting their order within a reasonable time. Was told six people quit and they were way behind. When I got my cookies, they were seriously undercooked and doughy. A six -pack cost me $23, that’s pricy for what I received. The good, the girl that helped me tried to expedite the order and was friendly. I did not know at the time that the cookies were undercooked until I got home.
The madness is real. Watchout for long lines on Saturday. We won't make that mistake of ordering in store again. Their app based order pickup works just fine.
This place is new to us but I see it becoming a weekly visit very quickly. The cookies that come out of this place are incredible and they have new flavors every week. Every time we enter the store I find myself saying "I will never be a skinny man". I highly recommend downloading their app as you can order ahead of time or have your order delivered as the line outside can get a little long. But that just speaks to how great this place truly is
I would give more than five stars if I could! Is it acceptable to use the word “orgasmic” in a review like this? Really not sure how else to describe this experience. Just trust me and go try for yourself…and then go back next week because the menu is different every week!
Exceptionally clean. No dine in. Pay on your own. Moves quick. Cookies, six this week, average about $3 a cookie. We got the six pack to try them all, $18. Cookies each has their own distinct flavor and we will be back. The most epic thing last night, craving dessert at 9:30pm and they were open til midnight!!! :p
So glad to see Crumbl come to Sparks, Nv. Love these cookies and have been without, unless I go to Cali or Utah. The workers were so welcoming and pleasant!
I visited the new location in Sparks the second day they were open, 2/5/2022. Although the line was really long and out the door, I only waited 10-15 minutes until being able to order. The cashier was friendly and patient as I ordered. There were plenty of employees working hard behind the counter to quickly grab cookies off trays, frost and box them, and bring them to the front counter. My order took about five minutes (two 6-count boxes of cookies). I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I could get in and out, especially considering how long the line was.The cookies were delicious! The Ruby Chocolate Chip was warm, crispy around the edges, and soft and chewy in the middle. The Banana Cream Pie was served cool, and a perfect mix of “pie” and cookie - buttery with a yummy banana pudding center. We will definitely be back!
