Don’t go to this location - bad service, messed up orders, missing burritos. You’ll be better off at any other costa location.
I called to Order a Meal, The person who answered the phone didn't speak English As I'm trying to order I hear him just set the phone down talking to someone else Eventually the phone hangs up I try calling back 6 times and they didn't answer the phone. Proves to me that they don't speak English so they're just choosing to ignore me or they're racistAnd only want to serve their people
The gentleman who waited on us was not very friendly. And the women's restroom had water (or something) pooling on the floor. The food was good as always.
This place has no management. I ordered online to pickup, the entire point of which is to not have to wait. When I arrived, I stood at the register for five minutes because there was only one employee helping customers. Three others were visible in "the back," looking at their cell phones and giggling. They looked up at me multiple times and didn't so much as lean in my direction. Eventually, the one guy stopped helping the customers in line to bring me my order. At least it was ready, I guess.The food wasn't mind-blowing, but I ate every bit of it, if that's any indication. I liked the salsa and pico de gallo, but the tomatillo ranch was flavorless. For the record, one enchilada with beans and rice plus a small order of chips and salsa is a LOT of food for one person, but for $15 it ought to be.Ultimately, the food is good, but not good enough to overcome the lack of management and service. I won't be going back. There are too many good Mexican restaurants in the area.
There was literally not a single person in the restaurant that understood English. I had a few questions about the food and not ONE PERSON could understand me/help me. I walked out.
This is seriously one of my fave food places in town. My prob is the quality of the food you get from ordering on an app like Doordash, or GrubHub. If you order grilled chicken salad it comes with watered down dressing, and half the time the salad will show up with no chicken in it. (all the salads come with meat, so this makes no sense) I just wish you'd get the same product you'd get from going into the store. Especially since we are paying marked up prices, service fees, and extra tax on these apps. 14$ is a lot to pay when you're only getting lettuce, rice, beans, and watered down dressing...
The raspberry chicken is the best, I live so far away from this now but I still drive over just for this meat option. Put it in everything!
This place is absolutely amazing. The sweet pork tacos and the sweet pork enchiladas with the mango salsa were perfect. I would have taken pictures bit I was too dang hungry. Key lime pie here is as close to Florida as you can get. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is hungry for amazing and fresh food.
Split a burrito it was plenty of food,served with greens. Clean and very quickly prepared. Overall enjoyed our visit and the food.
