California sushi roll had brown avacado, my Spanish Springs sushi roll had a hair in it, the Basil Chicken was super oily, and the broccoli that came with the general chicken was cold. The chinese food is over priced and the sushi selection is not very good. Overall I would never eat here again and I would never let anyone I know go to this restaurant.
Our family has been to C.J.Palace many times over the last few years...Every time, my families dining experience was Wonderful. The food is always great, the Wait Staff always Wonderful and attentive and the establishment always clean. We recommend C.J.Palace to all we talk to. Today our Sushi Chef was Ricardo, a newly added member to there staff, although you'd never know it. He was there for our every need..before we needed it. All he prepared for us was really spot on..in taste and presentation . Great job!!
Customer service is amazing. The staff members are fast and friendly. The restaurant itself is quite and peaceful nice place for a family or couples night out. The food is great and comes out shortly after. The waiters even gave my daughter a free ice cream no charge!
Food was just okay. Not great sushi, just tasted bland and fell apart. Nigiri wasn’t great either. Service was extremely slow but the waiter was very nice. Probably won’t go again for another few years. Just blah.
There are many Chinese dishes I've had here all delicious. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Sparks.
Got the lemon chicken and it amazing !Their house fried rice, delicious.Their egg rolls and crabrangons were very good as well.Their hot and sour soup was the best I’ve had in town.

For a Chinese/Japanese fusion restaurant the sushi was surprisingly good. The mussels were a highlight of the meal. The service was good and our waiter was attentive. I gave a 4/5 stars cause their is always room for improvement.
