They were out of things like rice, pico de gallo and avocado at 730pm on Friday. Nice staff but not equipped to handle a Friday dinner night.
We ordered 2 tacos, quesadila and a steak burrito. The tacos and quesadila were adequate but the burrito was cold. Almost $50 with tip. I wanted to let the manager know about our experience. Hw was way overwhelmed and only pointed me to a toll free number.I saked him if he knew they had a 3 ? out of 5 ? and he said he was aware.I let him know with a recession coming they need to step up their game and the call ended. Not Going Back. I can do better.
If you have 20-30 minutes to wait in line then this is the chipotle for you. There were eight employees walking around and only one person that was still in “training” that was fulfilling orders with a line of about ten people. She was doing her best to keep up but when she would ask for food items to refill the empty bins she would be told where they were and would have to take that extra time away from fulfilling peoples orders.Poorly ran and managed operation.
Well.... I hope I don't get sick eating this. I ordered a salad and all the lettuce was pink. I asked for fresh salad the kid told me they didn't have fresh salad. So I got the shredded lettuce. Still pink. I've picked out all the pink pieces. Smdh. Funny I waited 4 months to come back to this location thinking and hoping it got better. Definitely will NOT be wasting my money here anymore. Just horrible.
So apparently if you get a pick-up order and they are out of your protien...they don't tell you or replace it they just write "out of steak :(" Check your order before you get home and realize this
Honestly their burrito building skills here are subpar. Every time I order in line, I get only a 1/2 a scoop of protein only, when I paid for a full scoop. The sour cream will be in one side of the burrito & the same with the cheese. If I come in person magically they can do it correct unless it’s the tiny pale skinned gal, she has a bad attitude to boot every time I come here. I go to Reno or anywhere else it’s a uniform helping of protein and welcoming attitudes by all.
The supervisor Michael is amazing. He makes me laugh every time I come here. He is always super sweet and helpful. Good quality food with good portions.
So I usually go to a different location but this one was closer. I was trying to explain to the lady if she could melt the cheese on my tortilla on the plate thing they have, then open up the tortilla and put all the fixings on it. She said they don't do that. I was trying to explain to her the other locations do, keep in mind I'm calm and being nice to her. The manager came up and I tried to explain to her if they could do this like the other location. She interrupted me, didn't let me finish explaining and was aggressive about it. What didn't make sense is they made the kids quesadilla on that hot plate. I'm just thinking what's the difference? My order was a bigger tortilla, why would that matter? Anyways, they were rude and disrespectful. This line of work is literally customer service and they failed big time. Oh well, I'll take my business elsewhere. Good luck ?.I'll keep going to QDoba
The manager was the nicest hospitality person I have ever seen at a Chipotle. Kept the place clean and he kept checking on us. The food, add always, was wonderful. Please keep the Asada Pollo!
Food is always fresh and the staff friendly and helpful, service reasonably quick. Great place to grab a quick meal. If there's one down side it's the parking situation. The EV charging station complicated things but it wasn't too bad. Now there's a bank or credit union going in so the traffic in this already busy parking lot is only going to get worse.I'm no architect or city planner but I'm pretty sure anyone with more than 2 IQ points to rub together could have designed a better parking lot. Too many round a bouts
