It was below average, besides the fact of the hair in my food.
I’ve eaten here before with my family and it was the worst experience ever. They refused to even make it right and told me it didn’t matter if I left a bad review. Others say the staff is friendly at least, but that wasn’t my experience. My job decided to order the staff lunch today and once again the food was flavorless, luke warm, and just overall unpleasant. The positive reviews are clearly people being paid to try to offset who they really are.
I love this place. I always get exactly what I ordered and it always tastes great. The food is absolutely amazing. Delivery is amazing too. They never take too long and the driver is always super nice.

If negative stars were possible this place deserves it. It took 45 minutes for our order and the sweet and sour chicken was over cooked to the point it was beyond edible. I called hoping for a resolution and was told they would not do anything. They even said it is because we didn’t use the sauce. Really? My 7 and 8 year old didn’t use the sweet and sour sauce? I offered to bring the leftovers to prove we weren’t making it up and was told there was nothing they could do. This is by far one of the worst experiences my family has had in both food quality and customer service. Don’t support this place they don’t care about you. You can see on my photo the chicken breading just breaks off and the chicken looks dry. It’s like rubber.
Food was delivered on time and there was so much of it! All fresh, hot. And delicious! Next time I come to Sparks, will order again.
I ordered food from uber eats and first time from this really. I really like the food and was delivered in the time specified. Food was fresh.
Ordered to go and placed a delivery order through Grub hub 11/16/21 to be delivered by 7:30pm and arrived at our door an hour late!Our food was over spiced and mediocre! We weren't asked if we could order stars for the level of spice. I personally was so disappointed with their take on General's chicken. It tasted like chilli garlic paste over sweet and sour sauce. We received some kind of celery and I think chicken and I'm assuming that was our broccoli with beef or someone else's order got mixed up with ours. We won't be ordering from there again and we're disappointed with Grub hub. Too long of a wait for food and ease up on the spices. We ended up throwing the food out because it was too spicy for our children!
Everything just tastes... oily. Not well seasoned.
Pretty good, I wish they’d cut their vegetables up more, but the larger size makes it easy to pick out what I don’t like and it’s not much effort to just cut the vegetables up a little more at home.
