This is the “good” chic-fil-a in the Reno/Sparks area. Everything is always fresh and hot, and the staff is very nice!
I am from Atlanta where Chick-fil-A was founded and I grew up going to the original Chick-fil-A often so i know my chicken! I love this location. The food and service is ALWAYS top notch!! In my experience, Chick-fil-A’s with female operators are always run the best!
Patient employees.. well staffed even in a Monday after 2pm!!... food was as it always is.mmmmm yummo for the tummo?
Food was really good I got the hot chicken ? sandwich and wow it was hot ? and I can take some heat good stuff and my family enjoyed their food as well everything was pretty fresh to my surprise one can not go wrong with eating here
I am so disappointed. My family and I used to go here all the time. I haven't been able to go for a while. So my bf and decided to uber eats it. My first driver gets there then canceled. My second driver finally gets it after a hour. He tells us when he gets it that chick fila is the one who canceled my order and claimed they weren't going to make it even though the app said other wise. It took calls and a receipt to get them to make it and by the time I got it everything was cold. I am so angry.
I'm came today im places order carry out im was expecting bring my order my car did not so im decide to pick order restaurants i was waiting other 6 minutes plus order 15 im was waiting my car no one helping me I see team members walking ? don't see me I'm see ignoring customer im understand always busy but doesn't not that ways it works frist visit i was great second one not that good
Delicious, hot and fresh food as expected from every Chick-fil-A. I have yet to have a bad experience from any location. Kudos are in order for this Chick-fil-A on Sparks Blvd and I-80. The staff was well trained, friendly and went above and beyond to help two weary travels from UT feel cared for. If I was the owner of this company, I would be humbled yet proud knowing that the vision of the company was flowing right through to employees and customers alike.
It has the best Chicken Sandwiches and Mac and Cheese. If you want good Chicken Fast-food go to Chick-fil-A
Love the food and friendly staff but every other time I'm missing/messing something in my order. Like how is it possible to forget the biggest item that was ordered. And with the amount of time I spend in the drive thru, if you're taking that long, you should be reading the order and getting it perfectly. Why I should drive home to find out there is no egg white grill, or when asked chicken hash brown bowl, I got sausage bowl, or no specifically asked sauce. I know ya'll are working really hard but being fast doesn't matter unless you get all your items. When one 5th time I missed an egg white grill I drove back and the cashier guy was polite, he went to get my stuff and was explaining to his manager the situation, I was expecting that manager came over and at least make sure that I will leave satisfied. But he couldn't even turn his back. And when I asked him to come and talk he mumbled me about how they should double check the order.
Great fast friendly service. Nice and clean inside. Food fresh and hot!
