Nice clean place, friendly service and good margaritas and food.
My son took me there when I came for a visit, the waitress was friendly she seemed like she enjoys her job she gave off good energy, food was amazing..
Food was good. Service was soooo slow especially for it not being busy at all. They were nice but slow. Watched 3 other tables leave because they were sitting there forever. They were sat down at tables but a server never came back to them. So bad we got water brought to us when they brought us our check. Gave it a try, won't be back.
My wife and sister in law went to the Tres Los Hombres store located in the Legends Shopping Mall today , June 1, 2022. Upon arrival no one acknowledged their presence even though the bartender was at the bar activity talking with bar customers. My wife and her sister seated themselves and waited 15 and no one approached them to take their order. So after waiting that long and not receiving any service they walked out, never to return.
Absolutely awful experience. The place was almost empty when we arrived and still waited 45 mins for what were essentially side dishes. The food was literally cold when we got it. The portions were undersized and overpriced. Nobody bothered to check on us for refills so we sat waiting for refills and when we did get to ask for them they didn’t come until our CHECK CAME. Absolutely awful service. Won’t ever even consider returning here.
Had lunch. The food was good. Served hot. Our wait person Sharie was outstanding.
Amazing food and super fast. Friendly staff. Loved the location. Family friendly. I will come back for sure.
terrible service. tried to sit at the empty bar for a few minutes before heading into the movie theater. Kicked us out of the bar because my brother didnt bring his ID, he doesnt drink/attempt to order a drink. Then had to wait 25 minutes to get seated at a table. the place was half empty. food was 3/10.
The food here is great. The service is horrible. You stand and wait to be seated and they literally ignore you. We ended up leaving after 20 min of waiting. The couple in front of us had been waiting for 30 min and they left as well. I won't be spending my money here anymore!
Worst service ever at the Legends location. A large group came in 15 mins after us and went to the bar and then got the bartender to sit them before us. We waited 20 mins and they never even acknowledged us so we finally left. I will never give my service to them again. I understand being busy and short staffed but to completely ignore people waiting when you available tables is unacceptable. Even people leaving told us it wasnt worth it tobwait as the service was awful.
