This place is never open. I understand that there is some staffing issues, but if you have a sign up on your window that states this establishment is going to be open until 5PM then be open until 5PM. This is the third time I've tried to stop by and it isn't even 4PM (today) and they are closed. What's the point of being open at all???

I haven't been at this establishment in many many months, but decided to stop by for some breakfast real quick.The small hash brown only had four hash browns in it. The hash browns were cold. On the croissants they were stale and cold. The sausage egg was cold. The cheese was turning a different color. That tells me that the sandwiches have been sitting out or that the store is not following the times of expiring that Burger King has required them to follow. I actually had to end up throwing it away, because it was inedible. I will not be going back to that particular Burger King again. As a person in the food service industry, that shows me that the quality of food is not a priority in that establishment. To top it off it was the manager that was helping me through the drive-thru, so that means that she doesn't care about the quality of food either that she's serving to her guest and customers. Avoid this Burger King location.
This had to of been top 10 slowest service in my lifetime. I thought to come on my lunch break and sat 20 minutes plus for my order. The glaring problem I see is the employees are confused on how to do their jobs. Nobody seemed to know we even placed a order. I wasn't the only person either the three gentlemen before me had problems as well. There wee employees standing around lost.
Took almost an hour to get my food. They couldn’t tell me what sandwiches were 2 for $5. She said the chicken. There was a big poster in the window showing three different sandwiches, but I couldn’t read it. Finally was told the chicken sandwich and the 1/4 pounder. Asked what came on the 1/4 pounder and was told everything, basically a whopper. I asked mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions? She said yes. I said, okay, I’ll take two of those, one with mustard and one with mayo. She kept saying no mustard and no mayo. I explained three different time and three different ways. She finally said okay. The line wasn’t moving, so I wasn’t holding anything up. When we got to the window I asked why they put a cone in the drive-through and turned people away. She said one of their employees walked off the job and it was really busy, so they shut it down, but that employee is back. Waited another 15 minutes at the window and watched 6-employees standing around chatting and playing on their phone, while I guess someone else was cooking our burgers. Finally got burgers with no mayo or mustard and no lettuce or tomatoes and they were cold! They need a manager that can train an employee!!!
The gentleman that took our order had no interest in us. He didn't ask what kind of drink we wanted and gave us soda which we can't have. The onion rings tasted as if they had been out all day. I could have broken a tooth as to how hard they were. The sandwich I am questioning as to whether it is a day or so old. I will never go back.
You have to wait a long time to order and they close to early 3 pm is way to early I want to enjoy burgers but when i feel like it I can't the ones open late are too far and this one closes at 3 pm to early
Don't waste your time going here. They always take forever with the food and something is usually wrong. Also half the time when you go to get food they've closed an hour plus early from there normal time of 3. Something obviously is wrong with management or the owner of the franchise.
Worse burger king ive ever had. Onion rings were just rings no onion, forgot my fries, all burgers were ice cold and the buns were rock hard. I dont usually wrife reviews but this place is terrible even for fast food
Been too this burger king 8 times in the last couple of months 7 out of 8 times are order has been wrong . Then on top of that they are out of a lot of things even coke was out 4 times.
