As an employee here it does get quite busy. Right now we are short staffed so our lobby is closed but mainly in the evenings. Some nights our crew is quicker than others but we are striving to be better every day
Every single time that I have gone to this location the employees are just flat out rude. I understand working fast food is stressful, but if YOU choose this line of work, then you should be prepared to deal with difficult people. Treating every single person like they are a burden to you or it's an inconvenience to do your job is not the way to do business.
Typical BK food. Typical hit and miss on quality and service. Mostly good for this location versus other BK around town tho.
Took me sitting in drive thru 22 minutes and food was cold when they handed it to me. Young ppl playing around while they are supposed to be working. Real bad management and employees

So I went through the drive thru yesterday 04/05/2022 and I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with ketchup added and a small fry, I asked for fresh fries because every time I go I get fries that are hard as stone. The lady taking my order was extremely rude, instead of ketchup I got tomato and once again my fries were cold and hard so I went back through the drive thru to have my order corrected and the same rude lady told me that she couldn’t take the food back and correct it because she had no proof that that was the same food she gave me and if I wanted new food I could order it and she’d have to charge me again. They seriously need to get it together and get new employees that are actually doing their job
The the drive-thru person was really nice and help me out with everything I wanted
Literally just went to go thru the drive-thru and they have cones.. yet hours are supposed to be till 10pm it's 5:30pm! Also they had 2 people in the drive-thru... talk about flat out lazy! This BK is going further and further down.. wish they'd either get new management or just do us a favor and close.
Burger was cold and I literally started eating it after leaving the drive thru
Fast accurate but they Really should install a new microphone and speaker! They seem to be able to hear us fine, but they sound like the adults on the Charlie Brown shows.
