This place has awesome pizza! And worth the wait, my young son agreed! ??If you try to order via phone be prepared for a wait. I sat on hold for 30 minutes with no response. After calling back my order was taken promptly, but waited for an additional 45 minutes. This is a Sparks staple, so I'll wait! I appreciate all that the staff does, as all of Reno/Sparks knows this is the best pizza around! Thank you!!
The moment one walks in to Boulevard Pizza one feels at home. Hands downs the best service and guest care. Which I find my st important. One can find excellent food but if the service is not excellent then we go elsewhere. Clean fun atmosphere from lled with awesome positive vibes and high energy. Best grub
I came with my family, I have a gluten allergy and I do not eat meat. The first time they made my pizza after a long wait they put the wrong sauce on it, the second time for some reason who knows why they added chicken to it. They didn’t care at all, offered me a refund made us wait in line for a refund, didn’t offer us anything else. I didn’t get to eat anything and they couldn’t have cared less. For how much it cost and how much of my time they wasted you would think they would’ve done more or given a genuine apology.
I love coming here and there pizza is always good but I found a hair under the cheese of my pizza and they wouldn’t refund me even though I ate less than half the pizza, they would only give me a credit for my next visit like I would ever come back. They said they couldn’t prove it was someone in the kitchen which is wack. if you find a hair in your pizza don’t pull it out like I did without thinking.
Went for dinner. Ordered a large combo and it was great. I haven't had a pizza that tasted so fresh with the perfect amount of sauce and fresh ingredients in a long time and the service was great. This will definitely be one of my go to places for sure worth every cent!

The pizza was not attractive like I remember from my football and high school days. It was still good but, there was zero golden crust. It almost looked fake, which I was amazed that it tasted good. I will have to give them another shot before I would concrete this review in forever. The arcade games had issues, 2 didn't work at all and the price per game $1 for 15-20 year old arcade was a bit much.
Pizza is AMAZING!!! YUM!! Management is excellent.....BUT, staff are awful. When I placed my order over the phone, the girl acted like she was bored. Ok, one bad employee. When I got their to pick up my order, NO ONE greeted me at the counter, all the girl said was, "what can I get for you". And this was in the most flat, monotone voice. When I told her I had an order for pick up and gave her my name, she turned around without saying a word, got my pizza, shoved it across the counter at me and rang me up. The whole transaction took place without one greeting, one comment and one good bye, adios, nothing.I don't know if I'll go back, I would like to because the pizza is AWESOME, but if the entire staff are going to act like a bunch of bored kids who hate their job, well...
I wish I could give a 5 stars.The pizza always great. But last couple times there it was extremely slow. I mean really slow. I'll still go back when I want a good pizza.
The WORST service I’ve ever experienced!!! Wish I could give zero stars!!! I called in my order @5:27pm and I was told 30-35 mins I arrived and paid @6:11pm and was told it would be a wait the pizza was in the oven of 5-7 minutes I said okay no problem I wait and wait and wait and 6:33 I ask if my order is ready she had to re look up my order goes in the side of the kitchen and no one knows where my order is then she tells me it will be another 5-7 mins when I explain how long I’ve been waiting and show my receipt with the time stamps on it she continued to ignore me and says it will be another minute or 2 it’s now 6:40 and I’m just receiving my order!!! Long story short if you order ahead be sure to give them an extra 30-40 minutes from when they say you’re order will be ready because you will be waiting and waiting and waiting!! The younger gentleman putting pizzas in boxes and serving the customers was amazing but I won’t be back!!
