Paid $25 for a custom large pizza with chicken, ham, bacon, banana peppers, jalapeños, pineapple, and BBQ drizzle. They skipped the bell pepper and the BBQ, and the only toppings that had a reasonable amount were the peppers and pineapple. There's 1 to 2 tiny bits of chicken or bacon per slice.Do yourself a favor, get dinner somewhere else, unless you want just cheese bread and peppers.

Awesome alternatives available for food sensitivity people like me! Aspen is an excellent manager and super impressed me one day when I had questions about my order (admittedly a slight Karen moment on my part lol)... He made a a big impression and a loyal customer of me that day. The food is always fresh, quick and very tasty. Hey Corporate: you have a true leader and excellent manager with Aspen - I truly hope you keep him moving up in the company ?

The app would not let me place my order. So I placed it thru the website, I ordered one of the specialty pizzas and everything about it was wrong! No drizzle, that is clearly on the ticket taped to my box, the sauce I selected was completely absent, also on the ticket taped to the box. Very disappointed. My store in California does a much better job

I really liked their style. Possibly one of the most satisfying and yet healthy pizzas I’ve had ever in Reno/sparks. Plus they have a lot of topping and dough options. I haven’t been to all pizza places out there but can safely say they are underrated. If they keep their quality and prices the same way it is now, they gonna get bigger and get the popularity they deserve.

Two stars because I appreciate that they are willing to do fundraisers for schools and programs. But I have never had a more frustrating experience when trying to order a pizza.I just wanted to call and find out how I make sure that my son’s friend’s organization gets credit for our order. The voicemail is obnoxious and snarky and already I’m sorry I agreed to this. I hang up and try to order online but it won’t let me add mushrooms to the pizza our oldest requested…and I remember that the whole reason we are driving 25 minutes across town is for this fundraiser and I just want someone to confirm that the sale will count for that.So I try again to call. I make it past the initial snarky greeting and get another one even more rude and offensive than the first. (Yes, I am still here.) Finally it gives me the option to press 2 to place a phone order…and when I press 3 it ends the call. Every time.Definitely never going to attempt to order from this place ever again.

Our favorite pizza place! Have great gluten free and vegan options. They’re always accommodating and have more options than any other pizza place. The workers are enthusiastic and really care about every pizza they make.

Go here all the time usually great for and customer service. Well I went in today and the food was amazing the service not so much. While I was talking to the guy with greenish blonde medium length hair. My mask that was cover my noise and mouth completely. The mask slips down while talking still covering my noise still not showing Nostrils. Guy rudely was like your need to keep your mask up sir... I get the whole covid thing and people fighting it. But while I'm standing there talking to you fully masked and wearing it correctly. And it slips down barely still technically on properly. give a me a more than 2 seconds to re-adjust my ask. Instead of being rude right off the bat about it. There's better ways to ask to adjust the mask instead of going straight be being rude about it. Food was 5/5But customer service Experience was a 0/5.If this is what I look forward to coming here then I won't be bring my business back to this location

The pizza was good but the service made it not worth it considering there are many other places to choose from.I waited in curbside pickup and when I called the guy on the phone said I needed to move my car into a space that was already taken by another customer. I told him someone was in that slot so he told me to drive around and park in another spot when I was litterally at the front door. There were no curbside spots available. I started driving around seeing if there was something I was missing and I saw a girl standing outside in the cold with my food. She was nice said they were out of Mexican coke so they gave me regular but didn't update my ticket when Mexican coke costs more.I'll never go back. Too many other places to try.

I like Blaze pizza and concept of make your own pizza, even if I am kinda bad at it and end up with a pizza that is meh. Blaze is also nice as they offer a gluten free crust and are allergy conscious. Why 3 stars then? Today my pizza was undercooked which was disappointing. Also I really do wish they used more toppings, I have never tried asking for more, but for me pizza is about toppings and Blaze pizzas end up pretty sparse in that arena.

The staff is so worried about people getting Covid that I was yelled at twice to pull my mask up. It just seems a little over the top considering their patio and the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. You’re more likely to get Covid from that. All the tables are broken outside too so there is a good chance you’ll have your pizza and soda in your lap. Oh and they are consistent my running out of things. ?
