We arrived at 11:30. The counters and work areas were filthy. I ordered a chocolate milkshake. The solitary worker advised they were out of milk, but offered me his own smoothie after assuring me he had not had a drink of it yet!!! Wont be going back.......

Typical B and R. I went early Saturday morning and the establishment was empty. Special ordered an ice cream cake and left.The staff taking the special order was very patient. A pleasant experience.
The young kids working there need to pay more attention to working instead of flirting with one other.
The 23 flavors was not worth a 26 minute wait. 11 people in line and one girl just sat and cleaned while the other girl could barely muster enough wrist strength to scoop the ice cream from the tub.I also ordered from this location through uber eats a few weeks prior, order was lacking items.

When this BR first arrived, our community was so happy. It was a pleasant friendly environment. Customer service outstanding! Not so much anymore. I go in often which I no longer will. The other day I went in and ordered 2 scoops. As my server was reaching down for my 2nd scoop, her long hair kept brushing over the scoop already in the cup. When I advised her of that and told her I didn't want that scoop due to her hair brushing over it, I got a dirty look, no apology. I went in days later and basically got ignored. I kindly asked for assistance and the older man said "sorry, I didn't see you." He looked right at me? Ive noticed that each time I'm in there, the floor is filthy, ice cream case windows are sticky and dirty. Have they changed owners? It went from being clean and pleasant to unfriendly and dirty!
