I was actually satisfied with how well the service went. Was seated right away,received our drinks with a few minutes and food arrived in bout 15min.My son had the kid's pizza and I had a cheeseburger quesadilla.First time trying the cheeseburger quesadilla and loved it. So tender,juicy and full of flavor.
Honestly would not have ever tried Alpplebees if my Auntie hadn't chosen it for her dinner out . I was happily surprised with healthful options on the menu, kind and patient staff and low prices. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
The service was beyond great. We were greeted at the door by the manager and the hostess listened to our seating preference. Our drinks and food arrived very quickly and we never had an empty glass. Multiple people checked in to make sure everything was okay. The games made the evening the most fun we have ever had at a restaurant.
Never, never order Curbside-to-Go at the Sparks Location! Particularly in the Summer. The to-go spaces are in the sun. I arrived at exactly the time the order was supposed to be ready. I waited a few minutes and no.one came. By that time my poor dog was panting, so I took her out of my vehicle and onto the grass in the shade right next to the and called the restaurant and they said they would be right out. Someone took a step out of the door and before I could catch her attention she went back in. After a couple more minutes I called AGAIN, and told her that I was there on the grass, and she said they weren't allowed to talk to homeless people. Which I found a little insulting since I was wearing what I wore to the office that day. Anyway she came out and handed my food to me roughly. I was not willing to give my dog heat stroke while waiting for my food, and was treated badly for it. How about some canopies or something? How about some actual customer service skills?
Quality and service have taken a dive at this location lately. Servers bring your food. Never return. Steaks and chicken have been dry, over cooked, cold sides. Mgr gave us a coupon for an appetizer on next visit. Next visit was same subpar food and service...not sure if I will return to this location. At least until enough time has passed for a turnover on employees or management that provide better service and quality of food.
Ordered 2 for 25 to go. The food was piping hot and delicious. I checked my order before I left and an item was missing. They were more than happy to fix the mistake. Fries were a lil crispy and hard to eat but everything else was perfect. The woman doing the curbside orders was super friendly and polite. When I went inside to get my missing item the woman taking the phone orders was getting annoyed by the caller she was dealing with and came off as snarky to the guy who was waiting to talk to her. I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with her as she seemed just awful
There were only 3 waitresses on the floor from what I could tell. One behind bar, one doing tables and another doing curbside/food delivery services. Understandable w the current situation in the world. They were all working and accommodating people. Keep in mind, we dined in at 2 in the afternoon so it wasn't too busy. The problem was more the food, and bathrooms. Food was pricey for how bland it was. We could've had better at the Carl's Jr. down the road. My husband and I packed our food to bring home to the dogs just so theh didn't feel bad but we didn't like anything. Even my 5 year old said his fries were "yucky," and he eats fries day and night. Bathrooms also smelled soooo bad. Again, services was not bad. Our waitress was nice and even though she was doing all the occupied tables alone she checked in often.
Very nice! Great food, our server was amazing and nice even got us refills with out needing to ask. Relaxing environment, I definitely want to go back soon.
We've gone three times now for the chicken salads - Applebee's has really improved in everything - food ,price and friendly atmosphere. The servers are always nice.
The servers were wonderful the only bad thing was too much salt in the food. It has nice atmosphere.
